The fact that we are facing two years in a row of almost zero roster continuity is the problem. Regardless of the talent level of each player on this squad who is now in the portal is more a reflection of this is the level of talent we can attract (and isn't very good), and they can't be retained. There is no chance for any meaningful season/season organizational improvement.

The players CMY can dangle from the portal are going to be anything different than what we have already seen? Doubtful. Maybe see one exception, but not holding my breath.
My point about playing freshman is doing so to have a snowball's chance to retain a player for more than one season. If Jones wasn't it, well, we won't find out here.

I got fitted into the Mizuno JPX 925s with the standard regular flex shafts. I also hit the 7i further (farther?) than any 7i I have ever hit.
Y'all weren't kidding. Those suckers feel like butter. The best feeling hits with the Mizunos feel better than any of the best hits with the other clubs.

# | Board of Visitors to rescind approval for Student Life Village master plans. I'm assuming you don't have a PUD provision. Planned Urban Development, or sometimes called Planned Development Plan. Typically for mixed use since it doesn't nicely fit inside the zoning map perfectly, and they don't want to subdivide by use. It allows for alterations of the setbacks, parking, some density, etc...to make the site work together better than hard zoning lines. They aren't always clean and neat, nor are all of them approved for the greater good. But it's an option sometimes.
Don't worry, that $2b per year NFL deal they are about to sign will only help the ACC, right?
The acc signed a million year grant of rights deal with a TV company actively trying to kill their league. Brilliant move by all 15 guys really.

It depends on which version of the Council is in power at times. We reviewed a subdivision plan that requested over 50 waivers from Town requirements. The Town Council voted to approve it because one member of the Town Council was on the board for that developer. A different subdivision requested 2 waivers and was shot down.
As much as I detest Penn State, who can blame the kid?
