That man tells you to lift, you lift.
you want the top 4 to play each other, early, for quality wins then you want them to play the worst teams to pad stats
This is the opposite of how the B10 does it lol
Body by Jarrett!
Don't encourage them...
Maybe "THIS! IS! SPARTA!" or hopefully it's more like old man strength.
Sounds like it's available for any team to use. Could have dropped off a volleyball team or picked up some team in Columbus and dropped off at ATL. Sounds like you need to cross reference all sports schedules for each stop to know for sure.
How is this thread only 2 weeks old? Granted I've been nearly snowbound for a good bit of those two weeks, but I feel like I've checked this thread a million times over a period of at least two months. I think the anticipation and expected lack of payoff is starting to get to me.
You can make a pretty good cake using Duke's mayo.
Na, you want the top 4 to play each other, early, for quality wins then you want them to play the worst teams to pad stats then let the middle teams play each other. It might get hard to move up but it would prop up the top. Three ACC teams with only losses to themselves is good. No one actually cares about good wins. How many 10 win p4 teams were left out of the playoffs? (HINT: BYU)
I was 25th and still was +7 in games picked, so my confidence scores were terrible
I thought i won the regular season
Did Whit "walk down the hall?"
Or was it the ghost of Jim Weaver?
Virginia Tech #Hokies LB Jordan Bass was charged with two offenses including DWI on January 18th per online VA court records. Turk & Turk, P.C. will be representing him. Learn more here: https://t.co/hkVi8rx3SF— Tim Thomas (@TimThomasTLP) January 21, 2025
I was wondering that, but then why would it have been at Atlanta first before coming here? Since it apparently departed from Columbus, OH first.
Edit: I was wondering if we were playing them, but would have thought the plane would be bringing GT to us since it started in OH, then went to GA before going to Blacksburg. Actually surprised a plane that big could land at the Blacksburg airport.
I think it's that he was on staff and we still had guys who didn't look like they'd been a part of a real S&C program. I get the sentiment, and am concerned about our team being strong enough and in good enough condition, but hoping that him having been there under Gentry, knows what success on that front looks like, and can HOPEFULLY get us there. The positive reactions may be culture based and him being a real positive influence. I'm just hoping that our team shows up next season looking like they got some horse DNA mixed in with their wheaties.
Could it simply be carrying the VT basketball team to GT who we play tomorrow?
I've had some shit cake and craptastic pie, but I'm still a firm belief in the general category of "dessert." Brownies, cobbler, chocolate bars, pudding, s'mores, etc. etc (in addition to both cake AND pies). At 5'9" it's a minor miracle I don't weigh enough to be an offensive lineman.
Yeah I've been a bit surprised at reactions too, though I think it's more a byproduct of the time it took than anything else. I think he's going to surprise people
I've heard from 8 different, 100% reliable #sauces that GA Techs' AD is hiring Whit to be THEIR DC.
/s in case it wasn't incredibly obvious.
If we get someone from OSU running Knowles' 4-2-5, could Djonkam play the "Leo" or "Jack" hybrid DE position?
I don't know, this sounds like a flight of fancy to me.
And just to have more fun dabbling in DC conspiracies, that plane left Blacksburg at 4pm today and headed back to Atlanta.
Terry Tate: Office Linebacker will always get a leg from me.
Gentry knew strength building, and built a lot of practical strength, not just weight room strength.
I went home from a Tech camp with a Gentry workout plan around 2001. I was not committed to the weight room at all, and that program still worked to build strength.
If Ferg has similar chops, bring it on. We've been pushed around too long.

Duke's mayo creme brulee?
