Transfer linebacker Jordan Bass (it is on the Montgomery County General District Court docket.)

DWI: DRUGS, 1ST OFFENSE
CIVIL VIOLATION - MARIJUANA: POSS/CONSUME < 21

Case number is: GC25000624-00 and GC25000625-00

Hearing is February 4th

Somebody said they got right off the plane and into a vehicle right on the tarmac. The posters immediately then requested, "FOLLOW THAT CAR!!"

If you want optimism, Fergeson was here in 2006-2017 - the beginning of which was not a time where we had S&C issues. So maybe he knows something 🤷

The best way I can sum this up.

I love this for Jarrett. I don't know if I love it for the team.

I agree. Same with Bell. They can drop into short zones to allow more creative zone blitzes.

Djonkum really looked good at MIKE at Eastern Michigan. And it wouldn't be a bad thing for the new DC to blitz the MIKE more and the STAR less on passing downs. They were way too predictable and opposing OCs knew they could get their slot on the MIKE a lot.

I agree on Ellis. He played around the line of scrimmage, essentially the old WHIP linebacker vesus 2 back 1 TE personnel, on the vast majority of the snaps I watched.

Covil looked good at nickel. He got his most action against Appy State, but he looked like he belonged on that defense (PBUs and run support.) He also made tackles on the first two kickoffs. But, his usage evaporated as the season went on, and it isn't clear if that use was because he reaggrevated the injury or because he told them he was leaving.

Cash is in the Mose Phillips role IMO, with Ellis giving positional flexibility and depth. If Covil isn't a STAR, I am guessing he would be a field side, but I don't have insight into how they view him. I thought he looked good.

Even if they worked together as a team, cake and pie could not come close to being as good as ice cream.

Mustard is way better than mayonnaise. Well, except for things like toasted tomato sandwich and maybe a handful of other things.

Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but if you are a struggling program that fired 3 coaches AND you are bringing in guys from G5 and FCS by and large in the portal on the backs of the 43rd class- let's be real, you are simply hoping to get lucky to be competitive. At some point if your expectation is over 5-6 wins, Pry has to raise the talent level on this roster- A LOT.

Bingo.. people forget that all those 5 star LBs Bama and Georgia have? one reason they are 4 and 5 stars is they have prototypical size and strength- its not just their 40 time. Top rated recruiting classes are simply bigger players than ours are by average. If you are 6'07 360 left tackle- yes you are going to ND or Bama and not VT. This is ESPECIALLY true the last 10 years for interior DL. The good/big ones go elsewhere and we have to put weight on and coach up Josh Fuga.

Which comes first, the new DC hire is announced or the 2025 Iditarod? I'm going with the DC announcement, but I guess we will see.

The 2025 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race will begin with a ceremonial start in downtown Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 10 AM.
