Yeah, I only remembered him mentioning bowl prep as well. I figure he's willing to be a mentor to Pry to some extent and do the fundraising activities you mention, but guess he's trying to keep his life as low stress as possible.

edit: Upon review of the coaching changes presser Pry definitely just mentions Bud in relation to bowl prep, so he might just keep doing fund raising events and Claytor lake after the bowl.

Yeah he dropped after the BC defender was leaning in. That call was horseshit. Didn't even really hit him either. Most of defender went over the top.
Perfect example of how one blown call can change a game. Dylan Raiola slides late, getting hit as he starts. So he gets up in the BC defenders face and starts shoving him to sell it.
