I thought so too, but it doesn't look like it in the ND/NC state game. Two pretty good QBs are averaging 4 yards an attempt.
Kiser throws a great long ball and underthrew a guy by 5-8 yards and about 5 yards left due to the wind (I hope). It was so bad it might have been the wrong route. He was just picked off as well on an intermediate throw.
What should have been a great game between 2 high power teams is going to be a goat rodeo.
Should have been moved to bburg for the safety of players and ability to have a decent game. I hope we crush these fools.

Looks like they're running in quicksand. Very slow. "Two feet into the ground" is not wrong.
We are here in cardinal parking garage. Level 2. It is a mess here
Boy, there sure is a lot of rain in North Carolina.
-3 inside the preview. That line keeps moving!
Checking in from NC. It is absolutely pouring out here. I'm not sure what it takes to actually a cancel a game but I'm getting flash flood warnings.
That's because, deep down inside, he knows it was a catch.
I have so much respect for all of you at this game right now. I really hope the hokie fans outnumber tarheel fans and we come out with a win for your commitment and devotion today! GO HOKIES!
(this is in reference to the ND fumble and NC State recovery)
"Ruling on the field is a fumble, recovered by Notre Dame. After further review, call is confirmed." -NFL refs, probably.
If I recall correctly from this scene, cursing the storm seemed to work out well for the Good Guys in the end... that being said:
SCREW YOU, MATTHEW!!! GET WRECKED!!!
they should rephrase that "no victory due to lack of confidence in win" is the real reasaon
NCSU's field has standing water on a good portion of the field. Shitshow is a correct description.
Wow, this NC State vs. ND game just looks absolutely miserable in terms of field conditions. As has been mentioned previously, UNC's draining setup is gonna be getting a workout, hopefully.
Where?
Isley. Lots of indoor space since its raining and several tv. Great beer too.
Also, Richmond Hokies watch the game at Home Team Grill.
Hokie fans right now while tailgating...

My second favorite combo in general, right behind AME.
For literally the first time in my life, my wife can testify.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, I'm no longer making the drive up from Wilmington. We are already have TS force gusts, tornado warnings in the area, and it's going to be worse tonight for my drive back. I don't want to leave the wife and baby to hold down the fort. All devices are charging and I still will be tailgating just as hard from my living room! GO HOKIES!
edit: If I were already in Chapel Hill, or north or west of Chapel Hill, there is no question that I would be at this game. GO HOKIES!!!
edit X2: which I know is worth for 0/10 points where I would receive 10 points for showing up at the game.
ESPN lists it at VT -1.5 currently.
Apparently UNC just recently got a new draining system so the field probably won't be as bad as NC State's.

We are here in the cardinal lot. What a mess but dry in here. GO HOKIES!!!!
