Outer Banks is humid & tropical feeling, but no rain or real wind yet. We even saw the sun a few minutes ago. Looks like the southern part of the NC coast all of the way up through Chapel Hill is already getting inundated. It's on its way...

UPDATE: In areas where Matthew has hit or is still hitting your local ABC station may run a full day of news instead of the football games today. This means they may not run the games at all or like here in Myrtle Beach they will run them on their alternate station which usually runs weather. Make sure you check this out now instead of finding out at kickoff. Stay safe everyone.

My uncle lives in downtown South Beach. We kept wondering when/if he was going to leave but it turned out that Miami didn't get anywhere close to what was expected.
I had a pic from the Miami game when we beat the U in 2011 pop up on my facebook memories first thing this AM. I see this as a good omen.
