They are coming in high off that Louisville win, I hope UNC is hung over from their FSU win and we just take it to them, much like we had done to us by ECU after we beat OSU.

Totally agree. I think Andrew also fails to realize who is his audience - a VT fan base who is pretty dedicated to their team.

I want to hear his honest thoughts and opinions and I have no problem with him picking the Heels. I do think it is customary to give a slight tip of the cap to the other team though - especially for an article printed on their page. However, not once does he say that Evans performance has been pretty dang good for his first 4 D1 starts, Fuente has put together what looks to be a dynamic offense quickly, Bud has his defense clicking, or that we have opened a few eyes with our last two games. Of course, complimenting and respecting the other team isn't required, but it is what we have come to expect from opposing players, coaches, and usually journalists who do this segment for TKP. At the end of the day, he isn't writing this for his fanbase, but for the readers of this website. A simple, "A Bud Foster defense, they'll get after ya," would have gone a long way.

I think many of us were reading, waiting for a compliment (and Joey pretty much begs for one with the ACC question) and were perplexed by the Miami comment. We then got slapped in the face with the idea that Foster couldn't slow down their O.

FPL says 75% of their customers in St Johns Co are without power

Being where we are right now without harm makes it seem Like we made the right move; but we should have had a better plan and hauled ass...

She made it through just fine. No damage to speak of. No power for a while now but otherwise good. Thanks again.

$9 on StubHub right now...

I'd be leery that your flight could be cancelled, though. RDU is supposed to get over 5 inches of rain tomorrow

I may have extras that I do not want going to any UNCheaters.

My Mom in Palm Coast is fine. Tons of wind and rain. No damage thus far. No power since 11:30 this morning. Otherwise fine. Her neighbors are Hokies and have had a similar experience.

Hopefully everyone up the coast stays safe.

I didn't realize there were his many Hokies in Jville. Makes me feel better about maybe moving there.

Flying into RDU tomorrow morning. No ticket yet.

Clemson gave up more points to BC already than we did all game.

VT > Clem confirmed

Me and another Tech buddy are watching the Clemson game with 8 Clemson fans tonight. Quote to start the night:

Virginia Tech has a good defense but I've got news for you. It ain't a Clemson defense.

Ok, Henry.

Hope all of you down on the southern half of the east coast make out OK - not gonna get any impact here in New Jersey this time (got our ass kicked by Sandy couple years ago). Be safe all, and when in doubt, err on the side of caution.......

Riding it the last bit in Jacksonville right now. Got 60 mph gusts or so and lie 8 inches of rain. Power's been out since 130; JEA says it might not be on till Sunday, which means i might have to watch the game on my phone. Good thing I have a few extra batteries...

They didn't want the game to go to Blacksburg. Instead Blacksburg will go to the game.

There is a shuttle... $5 each for the round trip and it'll drop you off in front of the stadium entrance... Worth it with how traffic out there can be

3 in section 204.

Can we get "Let's go Hokies!" heard on TV in the first quarter since all the UNC fans are going to wimp out?

One guy on Inside Carolina gets it

20-30 mph winds with 2-3 inches is more than just rain. The VT fans will outnumber the home fans.

Was this HOAT before rehab?
