Gators beat Tigers in a swamp. That's just science.
Fuck it. Give me Hokies and points.
UTK. Oh, and Fuck UTK,.

# | By the Advanced Numbers: Hokies Travel to North Carolina for Coastal Showdown I'd agree that they had severe penalty and fumbling issues that could not be corrected in-game, but 18 non-penalty first downs, 394 total yards, and 3-for-3 in the red-zone isn't truly struggling to me. Throw in 4 drive-killing turnovers and a muffed punt and I think our offensive production was fairly decent.
Aw, look at that I-form that Pitt uses. How quaint.

# | Teel Time, ACC Athletic Directors to vote on 8 or 9 game conference schedule Friday. I have no inside info and I'm not necessarily suggesting anything in particular -nor do I have good guess as to where this is going.
But after thinking about it, there has to be something else up everyone's sleeve. On the surface this outcome doesn't seem to benefit anyone. Which to me indicates that there is something yet to come that will benefit nearly everyone.
If I had to guess I'd say those in a position of strength will benefit the most - and that might not mean great news for some of the Big12 folks. But TCU suddenly announcing it will vote no on expansion one day and then the ACC essentially abstaining the next day? Maybe that's a coincidence or maybe not. But IMO there's more to this ACC non-decision than meets the eye.
LSU -2.5 at Florida
Virginia Tech at North Carolina -2.5
Tennessee at Texas A&M -7.5
Alabama -13.5 at Arkansas
Florida State at Miami -3.5

Should be a dandy
Hehe the LSU game in Blacksburg was a good time. I lived at Center St apts at the time and many of us didn't go to the game. Somehow an LSU fan with a Louisiana license plate and a wallpaper of LSU bumper stickers managed to get a spot in the Center St apts lot, so during the game many court residents decided that their spoiled and rotten food was going to be thrown out. Decomposing food happened, that car was involved, that's about all I know about it.
Or she knows exactly what you meant and is just turning it around on you.
Still won't be very hot for the home team.
Posted #BeatUNCheat on my Facebook and my UNC alum friend tell me that it won't be very hot for the game. Took me a bit too realize she read "UNC heat".
I'm gonna double check her diploma this weekend.

In the first Switzer clip, he just casually gets behind the LB and the safety is practically in the end zone. It seems like this type of situation would be easy to prevent.
Is it really that easy for him to get open, and will tackling to prevent YACs prove to be as important as breaking up the pass in the first place?
I'm continuing to feel our offense is going to have to win this one.

This day's off to a great start and I'm hoping Saturday works out beautifully in all senses of the word. My conditioning from years of Tech offense makes my gut queasy about our chances but Bud has a great track record of messing up an opponent's great stat line (I seem to recall Lane Kiffin's Vols having their season sack total double in our bowl game).
I'm cheering for another game for our boys scoring whenever they are on the field; offense, defense, or special teams.
Let's get in on the Coastal race with a big win!
Except it says we beat UNC at home... we lost by five

I just hope our kicker is more dependable thank the nolie one
The GFS says Matthew may double dip in Florida. Larry Fedora thinks double dipping is perfectly okay.
We got a game

Just shows that there is more faith in Buzz making something out of nothing, than an actual knowledge of the roster. LeDay is the grit leader and will get his numbers based on hustle, but I wouldn't even consider Allen a lock to be in the starting 5, let alone one of the two best players on the team.
