The short answer comes from Football Outsiders (they have links explaining each measure):

The components for S&P+ reflect opponent-adjusted components of four of what Bill Connelly has deemed the Five Factors of college football: efficiency, explosiveness, field position, and finishing drives. (A fifth factor, turnovers, is informed marginally by sack rates, the only quality-based statistic that has a consistent relationship with turnover margins.)

Football Study Hall adjusts each team's performance in each game to form an adjusted score. The gave Tennessee a 0.1-point victory over App. State, and a 3.3-point win over VT. Let that sink in for a moment.

Since he's wearing #25, we can easily slide him at RB for a few series and I'm sure no one would notice...

White effect - could potentially also mean white uniforms for the first time this season.

Thanks, I figured I was undershooting him a bit. Frankly, he looks like he is closer to sandwhiching the ball between the uprights on kickoffs than he does on 40 yard+ field goals.

If we are going to have freshmen and walk onn on KO then I prefer Slye keep booting them through the EZ. Guaranteed no td returns. We should be going forgot on 4th and short any time we are inside the opponent 35 unless 3 wins it and time is short.

They did loosen it for agriculture but tightened down on cargo delivery.

Also, for agricultural purposes, to be completely within the law, you're going to need to pass the Remote Pilot Exam to get your Airman Certificate with small UAS rating. You'll also have to register your craft, as you mentioned.

I know of some people who said they're just going to fly anyway and bother with the consequences later if and when they get caught, but after taking the exam, airspace is a big deal for this application. And if you were to be flying in the wrong airspace without authorization or a proper license, and cause an accident or near miss, they are going to lower the boom on you.

Even shorter summary of new rules

I'll be repping El Ocho as well. Probably arrive around 11:00. Usually backed up in the little side lot toward The Grove (P16 according to the official campus map). Come see us, generator and satellite will be hot.

I think this is a tough game to use a predictor. There's the former coach aspect, not sure if that helps us, hurts us, or both. Their defense is tough, so I wouldn't be surprised to see 3 offensive TD's or less. Doesn't necessarily mean our offense is bad. I will be worried if BC puts up big points on the defense.

FIFY

Sure, in the final seconds with the game on the line, you let Slye try anything short of probably 55 yards 67 yards.

Pam Beesley: OK, if I have to do this, based on stereotypes that are totally untrue, that I do not agree with, you would maybe not be a very good driver.
Dwight Schrute: [shocked] Aw man, am I a woman?

This sounds like a good option. Can you tailgate at the golf course or do I cart my gear over to lot 18 and try to find a spot where I can set up the mini keg and grill? Also, how fast does it fill up? Do I need to get there early (before 10)?
