I hope he does exactly this as he was a disaster calling plays at Florida.
For football from the time I started organized full contact through the end of my college career, that was as perfectly executed veer release block on a speed option that you could ask for. If they changed the rules to make that illegal, than someone in the NCAA has a screw loose.

Our advantage is that it's Lefty. Did he ever stick with anything that worked? I think it still makes sense to start Mook and see if their power game is effective against our front. My hope is Bud really lays some wood to the BC O. I think our O will be fine if they don't turn the ball over.

Disagree...Phillips skill set to me looks like he's better inside (if he can hold onto the ball in traffic) and less of a deep threat than Ford. He was our leading receiver in Bristol, so not sure what you mean about production unless you're just referencing blocking?

I'd rather go to SC than Florida or northern locations for ACCCG. I want to get away from winter that time of year, not closer.
However, Charlotte was about the only location I could drive to, watch game, and drive back in a single day. No other location would be as viable and cost effective. It also made it easy for me to burn one sick day than try to schedule a whole weekend off. Looks like tv it is.

Corey and the Lions have minimal coverage, mostly limited to Michigan and Tennessee.
That with limited media access, no conference games under the belt and no shockers from the team so far we as a TKP board can chew gum and walk at the same time.
