I don't think this warrants it's own thread, but it deals with branding and I know there had been talk about how crappy our equipment truck was compared to other schools.

I can't tell if this is an exaggeration but I would heartily disagree. First game with a new coach, new system, and new QB shouldn't garner too much criticism. I'd like to think we could comfortably score 40+ on Liberty. That said we lost to a 6-5 JMU team with Tyrod as a senior QB and I won't soon forget the Furman or Western Kentucky games of 2008 either. Both of those seasons we actually won the Coastal Division too. Sports are crazy and you can't take any game for granted. I hope we win in impressive fashion but the most important thing is to get the win.

Ummm I'm not sure that I understand this opinion. Are you saying it's a bad call not matter the final score? No matter if Rogers runs for a buck twenty? The logic here is extremely flawed if you are judging this strategy without regards to the outcome.

When I was in school, the only music shop on Main was the The Record Exchange. I would go there at least 3-4 times a week. The spot you guys are talking about that was across the street from Sharkeys. That was a bar...can't remember the name of it, though. Arnold's maybe?

After seeing the news yesterday and reading everyone's comments I've decided that I'm going to start eating off campus for lunch at least once a week. I'm going to try and go to a different place each week. I am a sophomore and only made it to Mikes grill once last year but I can remember my parents talking about it from when they went to tech. Just in that one trip I could see why everyone liked it so much. The food was delicious and the price was dirt cheap. So as I type this I'm waiting on my food to come out at the cellar.
They are never baiting you because a good lawyer could get hat thrown out fast, most cops don't like traffic court/simply traffic stops. Officers make traffic stops to get something bigger; a DUI, a search and arrest, a warrant.

If anyone is curious why it seems like I'm taking a little bit of joy in this... you try living in an area inundated with their fans (Raleigh basically attracts ECU alumni like no other) who have a habit of speaking with no filter, and you'd understand as well. I just hope we thoroughly kick the shit out of them in the years to come.
Since Liberty is basically the Commonwealth's version of BYU given its stringent religious personna, I figure that this is good preparation for our victory at the end of the season. May they all fall well!
