It's pronounced "Kevin"
Actually, it's listed here

Timmy Ho's!!!!!!
I'm sure this has been asked, but is his name pronounced Jared? I keep seeing references to "Rod" and wondering if I'm wrong...
I'd rather be kept in the dark all offseason and win football games than feel like Coach Fuente and I are on the same wavelength in August
Fair warning to all: I have heard from MoD and now allvol that Tennessee trolls will show up during game week. MoD told me he's doing his best to steer them in the direction of TSL and other Hokie message boards. But be aware that we may see some shockwaving and bendering around here in the next few weeks.
Hi welcome to TKP. We discuss Hokie football, share Emma gifs, and run jokes into the ground4. We're glad to have you and hope you enjoy your stay!!
A good look at the chart can be key to finding a good location for a set up and chum attempt. Wind, waves and the low profile of my boat make sight fishing a non-starter for me here. I have even seen homemade ladder and platforms out around here, but by far, this far up the Bay, most boats are on the hook and chumming. Windmill Light and the York Spit are popular, but like I said, a look at the chart can find a bottom that could be conducive to catching cobia. French and I tried a totally lonely spot and had some action, and I have seen some intriguing shoals I'd like to try, but you have the general idea. I'm still ambivalent about whether more boats/more chum attracts more cobia, or whether they are there regardless, but I can say that most of the action I have been in on has been at York Spit and it is never lonely out there. I have some ideas I'll run by you next summer when you come down. By then, I will have overthought and overanalyzed every little bump on the chart, but that's what the offseason is like, be it fishing or be it football. See you then.
Like one of the other commenters said two years ago, the stadium will likely have a fairly heavy visitor presence. My girlfriend and I went two years ago and sat in 130 and there were Hokies all over the place in 129-131, directly across the end zone from the visitor section. Those tickets were only about $40 from a Craigslist seller so that's probably what I'll shoot for again. The view is honestly better a bit further away from the field in those corners, btw.
Oh, but that's the beauty of the argument....
If we always place a team in the playoff, it means the conference is top heavy and any somewhat decent team is going to make it in because the rest of the conference is so weak.
If we have 4 or 5 great teams who beat each other up, leaving a bunch of 1 and 2 loss programs at the end of the year, we get left out of the playoff because that proves how weak the conference is as a whole that nobody could distance themselves.
This joke... is the most overused phrase on TKP now.
Shit, now Lawson is definitely going to transfer

I don't see how you can interpret the statements about Williams and Alleyne as anything other than "they are suspended for a violation of team rules"
A great example of how Fuente throws in some coach speak sometimes. Instead of saying 'suspended" he says "miss a few games".
Of course in the past, suspensions of backup players would never have been mentioned in the first place.
He's got allllllll the talent in the world to be a legitimate great QB at the D1 level, he just needs to learn what limits there need to be on acceptable risk on a given throw or play.
Wow! That's Ian! Didn't recognize him until you said Big Brother.
It can never be said enough

"Whether the ball is caught or dropped, the result of the play is secondary," Fuente said in May. "What I want to see, and what I instruct them to do on a consistent basis, I want to watch the play and see the ball delivered to the spot it should be delivered. The decision that should be made, I want to see that made."

Man, our offensive coaches just get it right now...
Hokies vs Vols for the Natty in 98? I don't think the Vols would have manhandled the Hokies, but they would have scored more points. 7-10 more. Tee Martin and Peerless Price had that team on all cylinders in 1998, but could the defense have stopped MV7? Could the OL have stopped Corey Moore? Not sure.
As for the 2000 OU Sooners? I don't know or remember enough about them.
I have done both in the few times I've gone. The run and gun sight fishing has been the majority of what I've done with finding the bait balls of menhaden. Figuring out where to anchor and sit and chum is more of a mystery to me. Seems to be finding a sudden drop off is part of the key.
I've heard similar. He's apparently been better than Motley and Evans for most of Fall camp with decision making, release, and accuracy, but he needs to build up arm strength and a little more body mass before starting. Maybe next years starter? #sauces
I'm in Section 211 Row A. I bought directly from the school when their single game tickets went on sale.

I think in the end, San Diego could stumble into the truth on this one. IMO, Bosa is going to be a bust. He dominated lesser OT's in college, but got dominated by quality OL's.

From the 2016 media guide, it is "juh-ROD" so emphasis on the "Rod" part.
