I'd be willing to bet that the base offense was in by the end of the first week. I expect that there is still probably a week of individual positional evaluation going on while they rep the base offense, and game plan specific work will start going in next week.
Being relatively close to the Wood Brothers geographically, I can attest to all of this.
Blaney would be a lock for Rookie of the Year if Chase Elliot wasn't lighting it up like he is with Hendricks Motorsports. Regardless he's a good driver to have in the VT car. I'll be seeing it at Martinsville in October.

Yea but Memphis was a COMPLETE rebuild. He has all the tools here on offense already. I don't think he lets a young QB struggle like Lynch did just to get ready for next year

I know this is a question for French but just throwin' my 2 cents. Isaiah Ford said in an ESPN article that the installment is pretty much good to go, just a lot of fine detail work. I'm guessing CJF was talking about bringing the youngins' up to speed to create more depth
