I don't know what Sam has planned after college, but I'm sure whatever it is, he'll be wonderful at it. And I hope it's coaching. He seems to be the right kind of personality. Plus, he's got the whole press conference thing down.
That's some interesting info, thanks.
I highly doubt this, word around camp is that he's outperforming Evans at the moment
how do you kill that which has no life?
It is certainly one of my favorites. However, may I humbly submit Crack Baby Athletic Association (my favorite) and Sponsored Content (IMHO, one of the top single episodes out of any sitcom ever)
Even the spirals Jackson is throwing appear much tighter.
I am more than slightly intimidated by the fire breathing dragon.
Lots of chatter about Josh Jackson. I can't speculate. Here is what my eyes tell me:
1) In the spring game, he was the best QB on the field- with the caveat that he was playing against the second team guys. Every read, every throw was sharper and more polished than the two upper classmen.
2) More often than not, deep ball highlights from the snap chat are Josh Jackson delivering the ball. He looks calm, confident, accurate, and has a good arm within the framework of this offense.
3) Fuente will play the best guy. I think the same logic should be used for a redshirt decision on Jackson that applied to Michael Vick. If he isn't CLEARLY the best QB, you redshirt him. You don't play him for a "package." Dwayne Lawson is the test case for exactly why you don't burn the shirt, no matter what the fanbase or external pressures dictate. Now, if Jackson is significantly better than Evans and Motley, you play the best guy.
Yeah folks were saying he might crack the two deep this year though.
Jimmie Taylor plays with a really heavy shoulder. I think he needs some refinement in terms of pass rush, and I don't think he plays this year (perhaps a travel-shirt because of depth concerns), but I think he has a bright future.
Best South Park ever.
Hitmanis that you?
Yeah, but the only curling club I found was in Richmond. We need one in the NRV.
*Refresh TKP*
*Key Players Club progress bar has gone up another couple of notches*

We have a tent space at Shadrack as well, and likely hitting up the brewery on Friday night... see you there friend.
I, too, was in attendance for both
Folks on TSL saying keep an eye out for J. Taylor. Impressing folks, apparently.
Sure, the coaches probably have a depth chart. But it's not doubtful that they are keeping it to themselves and the players don't truly know where they stand. There might as well be no depth chart
Ouch. Painful memories. I was at both of those games, the JMU game was actually my first game as a VT season ticket holder (sophomore year), It's the only game since then I've left more than 90 seconds (game clock) before the final whistle. After that JMU game (this will be my first year since then, not having season tickets), I associating leaving early as bad luck.
Looks like 32 new players in the last couple days. not a bad bump

# | Virginia Tech Defensive Coordinator Bud Foster Addresses Media at Hokies' Media Day Said last year they were too young to understand zone concepts, but playing man across the board is riskier in coverage and takes everyone's eyes off the ball. That's part of the reason we gave up so many big plays because if they got by our LBs our secondary was pre-occupied in coverage.

I got equestrian on lock down

I'm starting to get a little nervous for this season, with Dish Network and their dispute. I haven't had WGNT (Raycom) for about 3 months now.
