I am sure he will. I think for the most part he stays at DE since he is down in weight.
Something that will be interesting is if we use more 3 down lineman sets with him at DE and then we jump into 4 down looks against no huddle teams and slide him inside to DE and bring an OLB to put their hand in the dirt or as a stand up end. Versatility without subbing.
Nah, they wouldn't cancel the program after an 0-12 season, they'd just brag about their strength of schedule and 4th down defense or something.
Probably will play different spots based on fronts/situation, not unlike a Joey Bosa, but almost certainly not as good.

Marshawn Williams also down to 227, from 243. Isaiah Ford was on Twitter celebrating his recent increase to 195, from 190 (Fuente told him he needed to get stronger). The strength staff must be doing work. An kudos to all the guys for putting in the effort to gain or lose what they needed to.
It's Nick Lachey's boy band here in Charleston right now and with the humidity it feels like 108. Brutal.

I love Charleston in the Spring, but am not a big July/August fan. It's so hot, humid and buggy you have to race get the door closed when you come and go to keep the thousands of mosquitos from making a break for the AC.
Great memories of Ukrops from that time period. Going to get free rainbow cookies, and eating breakfast pizza were probably the best.

Understandable. I haven't really felt crushed by any recruiting this summer. I do think commitments, especially when they are trending the right direction overall, are reason for optimism. I also think we have some imminent commitment announcements now, and therefore more reason for optimism when those become public
247 does seem to like VT players more than the composite. And they look to be right when looking at a lot of our best players; Bucky number 114 overall with 247 vs 254 overall composite, Chuck 332 overall vs 718 overall, Mihota 333 overall vs 646 overall, Ford 196 overall vs 377 overall, Cam 309 vs 426, Mook 229 vs 427. Most of the other starters are slightly higher or even with the composite (Tremaine, Facyson, Shai, Williams, Ken, Wyatt, Conte, Adonis), or slightly less at most like McMillian (515 vs 305, but graded equally at .89 vs 88). Terrell and Motu are really the only guys that drop (which some would argue makes them right about Motu).
Bottom line is, if 247 loves one of our guys compared to the composite, that's a damn good sign.
Settle with a 30+ drop is huge. I hope it shows on the field... the guy is so likeable.
