As a note to everyone: don't be dumb and come on here saying "I paid for this so you don't have to" because it's unfair to those who do the reporting for 24/7, etc. Don't steal from behind paywalls; we don't police others' content and use of it, but let it be known that those are the rules here.
If there is a public source for the information, link it. Again, that's just fairness to the people doing the reporting and writing.
Great work, can I request another research project since I don't know how to do it. Do a class filled with best "needs" of VT instead of just straight top 15. Say best RB, best WR, best QB, best DE, best DT, best CB, best OL, best LB and see what kind of class that would give Tech.

This is true. Although in their defense, everything that is posted in this thread has been accessible by downloading the 247Sports Bolts app for your phone for Free. But I think that's just by coincidence.

He has said in some public interviews that he intends on taking all of his official visits and then committing sometime in December after his HS season is done. It would take a YUUUGEEE push by Fuente and co. to get him locked up before he takes his officials. That being said, it would help our pursuit of other top talent immensely and perhaps Fuente can sell him on that.

Obviously, this would NEVER happen... not even Alabama, Ohio State, Florida State, Clemson, USCal, etc. can keep the entire top-15 from their state in a given year. This was more or less some evidence that if we can get back to dominating our state, which I have faith we will in a year or two, we can get some damn good classes under our belt.
Since I'm into numbers and stuff... if VT dropped all of our current recruits and instead replaced them with the entire top-15 from VA (pipe dream duhhh it will never ever happen) we'd have the #7 class in the country currently per 247 composite and, again, that's with 15 kids total in the class...usually classes have about 20-25 kids. Also, it wouldn't be a particularly well rounded class.. 5 defensive ends and 3 defensive tackles.

Per 247, he was at UNC for an unofficial today, likely at VT for an unoffical tomorrow. Hope all goes well, weather should be beautiful in the 24060 tomorrow.
I just hope we don't stall ECU for three and a half quarters and still lose on a magical 4th qtr drive.

The current recruiting class has turned into a pleasant surprise but it is far from the desired end result, which is fair given that it's only half over and the football season hasn't started yet. I'd expect the good guys to land Devon Hunter, Tahj Capehart, Tyran Hunt, Jalen Holston, and secure a re-commitment from Tyjuan Garbutt when the dust Tim Settles in February. A surprise commitment from Nathan Proctor or Jordan Williams would be epic but I don't really see it happening...they're both interested in some serious blue bloods that VT simply cannot compete with right now.
