I don't think that is gray. I think the color scheme was entirely white or off white. The light gray is likely the difference between the down lights that are offset from the wall line and the rear mounted accent lights within the wall

id like to see him play some tight end! couple weeks back at Kevin Jones football camp he caught about 10 footballs until Isaiah Ford threw one that gave ole tim a bloody nose lol. still pretty impressive hands though.

The ceiling with those slit lights is in the third pic (with the cheerleaders) but is executed very poorly.

It's like the rendering has components of both the cheerleader pic and the H-O-K-I-E-S pic, but the reality is worse in both conditions.

What I dislike the most is the anthracite on the walls, makes the place feel dated and cavelike. The lighter gray in the renderings was much better.

And I guess that's orange on the tile trim and columns, but it sure as hell looks red in some pics.

where I work yes.. obviously we don't pull them for 1 post but if we see a pattern then we bring it up with said recruit and let them know we see it and its a problem. If it continues then they've been warned and we tell them we are no longer honoring the scholarship due to (insert reasons).

Good News is most times the athlete gets this information and takes it the right way and it's never an issue after the quick chat.

Sounds like this is still a work in progress. Hopefully the updated ceiling and some lighter paint will help to enhance the look and bring it closer in line with the renders.

I think brighter accent lights behind the H-O-K-I-E-S lettering will help to enhance that as well. However, as one previous poster noted, there does seem to be a lot of yellow in those images behind the letters.

But what the hell do I know, I have no eye for this sort of thing. Hence leaving all the home decorating to my wife.

you can do the same thing with any topic on any film

Okay then, please explain to us, using specific examples from the movie, how Scream is actually about herpes. (I just used a random topic generator and random movie generator and used the first two choices)

EDIT: I'm not just trying to be a dick here. I figured it would be fun to try out.

If they are, they aren't doing it anytime soon. You don't begin finishing touches before you remove a drop ceiling.

I'm guessing there's enough being hidden by the drop that they realized they can't remove it, and decided to save money by not touching it

David Wilson, no matter what, is a man among boys as both a person and an athlete. He's going to continue to amaze us down the line. The winning trials jump was 57'11" according to the article. That averages out to just over 19 feet per each leg of the hop, skip, jump. How many of you here ever simply long jumped 19 feet? I remember football coaches seeming to act like there was no sport outside of their game, these are some heckacious athletes Wilson was up against.

Unfortunately, there's really no likelihood that this would happen, at least not on a large scale. A recruit might be given a reason, but he won't likely share it because he's ashamed, and coaches can't say anything because they're not allowed to talk about anyone they're recruiting. A few "insider" reports may come out if things leak to those with connections, but probably not enough to make a difference.
