Morality vs legality is an interesting debate. Can one outweigh the other? I can't answer for sure, but I know for a fact they do in reality.

Your implication being that there arent current roving flocks of HS kids traveling from state to state for on campus camps? Cause there absolutely are, except now with even more events it isnt just the 4 and 5 stars from IMG touring all the SEC camps every summer.
Besides it was in Norfolk, are you really going to get in a tizzy over contingents NC, MD, or DE while the report offers 0 context of which states were present I think we can realistically say that all 3 were there. While ignoring the equally obvious logistically reality that it is even easier to pile the local kids 3 or 4 to a friends car and drive the 2 or 3 miles to the school, while Out of State it is increasingly likely it was either by the bus/van load or 1 to 1 car to kid.
Not to start this debate again, but unless he was bigger than 160 lbs in those "alt timelines," he wasn't going to get a scholarship at VT or any ACC school for that matter.
