If they experience a staff exodus or guys looking to get out that is their trade off for sending them across the country in the off season.

The fact that tOSU, Temple, and Rutgers(coached by an Urban disciple) are holding one together should beyond a doubt show the networked nature of recruiting, along with VT's experience in getting brewer. If a kid performs in front of a big time coach, word will get around even faster than any edited hype video.

Kinda OT, but where did the Emma Watson fascination come from? Don't get me wrong, she is definitely easy on the eyes, but imo I can think of many more women who I would consider better looking than her.

Two notes I'll add, if Barber's tweet is true:
(1) Per NCAA rules, Wilson's scholarship would move over to count against the football scholarship limit, thus opening up another basketball scholarship.
(2) In addition to playing both football & basketball in the 2016-17 school year, Devin could theoretically return to play another season of football in 2017. Under NCAA rules, one has 5 years to exhaust 4 years of eligibility in each sport, so by virtue of the fact he will a true senior this fall, he'd have another season of football eligibility in fall 2017, if he and the coaches wanted to use it.
I agree. It has been painful to watch the rebuilding of our line with 4 different coaches in the last 5 years. Just not much history ( haven't searched rigorously, I admit) on Vice's developmental philosophy. I am excited to see how it plays out. I halfway hope that he just adapts to what the group does the best and the scheme is tweaked accordingly.
