Not incredibly serious charges for either of them (considering they are college students and this stuff happens). I guess we'll learn how much bs Fuente will tolerate after this scenario though and set the precedent for future punishment.

Yeah, Mendenhall has had too much success at BYU to not think theyll be better, I dont know if I see them contending for the Coastal every year, but I dont know, BYU only had 2 seasons where they finished with less than 8 wins, thats 2 in 11 seasons. Theyll be better for sure, I just think well be better'ER.

So, to get Adverse Possession, you need to qualify in 5 ways: (1) continuous, (2) hostile (i.e. taking from owner), (3) Open and notorious, (4) Actual (i.e., property owner is true owner), and (5) exclusive.
Analysis:
(1) Continuous: Yes. 4168 days and counting.
(2) Hostile: Yes. The tears of Mike London are proof.
(3) Open & Notorious: Yes. Even nationally televised.
(4) Actual: Yes. UVA has title to Scott Stadium currently
(5) Exclusive: Maybe. VT has dominated in Scott Stadium, but it's hard argue that it's exclusive.

I think you are wrong that they are getting rid of all MLB inspired uniforms. They only show one picture on the website and I think that the changes only apply to the regular uniforms that the team wears, not the special ones highlighted in your post. Baseball is pretty different considering they need more uniforms than most other sports.
So Fuente can suspend them until September and be completely fine...? I'm as disappointed in this as everyone else, but as long as that doesn't ever read "kicked off the team" I'm not overly concerned
