I had to refresh that screen to get the current contest.
I have no options to vote and the bracket hasn't updated. Im just getting the screen from yesterday with the options to vote replaced by "polls are closed". Am I missing something?

I don't fully understand the algorithms behind those captchas. At first, I thought everything had to be typed verbatim, but that's not always the case.
It may be looking for an "oh" instead of a "zero". Even though it is clearly a zero. Computers are dumb.

I don't know if this is still a rule but I think it can still count against basketball since he didn't play football for the first 2 years he was on campus. There used to be some sort of weird rule like that on the books but I'm not sure it's still around

That is why I said we would have a basketball scholarship open up. He would be counted against the football cap, not basketball. We have a much higher football scholarship cap than Basketball.

Several assumptions here. I hope you are wrong about Devin's abilities, we might have a gem there able to contribute, although I realize that's likely a long shot. I truly hope, however, that no one "approached" him and is presssuring him to do something he doesn't really want to do. I find it hard to believe he isn't all in for football, too, just owing to the extreme amount of work and dedication necessary to even walk on at VT. Now, if Fuente's staff approached him out of a desire to examine the possibility of him filling a need on the team, I'd feel differently.
And here I thought it was 200% more disturbing than normal.
