True but that was only after the game was out of hand and LSU had their backups in. Our O-Line was so bad and LSU's pass rush was so good that Glennon didn't stand a chance. Heck the only thing Tyrod could do was scramble like a mad man (which he was is really good at). Glennon, while the better QB at the time, had the mobility of a newborn deer.

My point though was that everyone was down on Glennon and thought the shiny new toy that was T-Mobile could fix everything. In reality though Glennon was't near as bad as everyone was making him out to be (as the rest of the season showed) and Tyrod wasn't as good as the average fan was making him out to be..... yet.

I just assumed the editors bent over backwards to not put a split second of footage that gets into the specifics of the offense. Maintain the element of surprise as long as possible.

Haha! That almost made me spit water on my monitor. That quote is so good I had to take a stab at photoshop!

I've heard that before (even from people more turned off by Affleck than I am), I'll have to give it a shot.

I can't remember the source, but I read today that $1billion is indeed the breakeven point for the movie all considered, and the production budget was $400million. I have no idea how they got to that number, but it's what's been floating around.

Seems like he lulls you into a false sense of security and then BAM, he can also be loud.

Darkseid is a way better villain to use in the first Justice League movie.

The Town was an awesome movie. I would highly suggest it.

I didn't even realize Doomsday was in this movie until I saw this column. I agree, it feels like a waste to use him in an intro movie. He should have been used after the group had gotten together for the first JLA movie.

Well according to the film studio, the Lord of the Rings movies were a loss so they didn't have to pay out Jackson's % of profits.

I remember reading that the production cost was about 400 million, so reasonably anything beyond that should be a profit.

One of the important tenets of the HUNH offense is that it is executing a series of simple plays that can be communicated quickly and effectively. This doesn't mean all the plays are simple, but it is one way to increase the effectiveness of the simple ones because the defense is tired, not correctly aligned, has improper personnel, or has less time to make pre-snap diagnoses. As it has grown in popularity and evolved, it is certainly showing some long-run effectiveness. I'm really looking forward to seeing how our offense looks.

I am 100% sure 1 billion is not the break even point.

Also, we wouldn't have been able to compile 3 minutes worth of no cursing video from Loeffler

These people have got to be the most careless group of intrepid warriors ever. Or close to it as I've watched my share of bad movies. They throw caution to the wind like a Texas cowboy after consuming a lunch pail full of beans. Why do I keep looking forward to this show each week? Zombies are just a sideshow now, and there's little hope they'll be turning back into warm bodies. It really doesn't matter who gets offed next week. He/she/they will pop up in a few B movies in the coming years and we'll all be content. Heck, Daryl might even be President some day which would be pretty cool if he continues to carry the crossbow. I'm ready for Liberty already.

Spring practice is for teaching. With this new staff, there are very likely to be more "fundamentals" being worked on than in past years.

You know, I couldn't quite put my finger on what felt so different about this video, but that sums it up.

It was jarring that there wasn't a ton of football jargon - to the point where I was thinking, "I'm sure the QBs are getting something out of this, but this almost seems like a waste of bandwidth and I'm not even sure what I'm watching."

lingo meets jargon

I like jingo better than largon so I think I'm with you
