Oh you definitely sign lots of waivers and MAY be required to see Dr. before starting depending upon your answers. He has a strong legal support team. They are also very careful with trying to make sure you work your way up by doing what you can. You pass 2 week fitness course by improving push ups, sit ups, timed run (I think 2 miles), pull ups from dayb1 to day 10

I did and passed the 2 week basic physical fitness program in Richmond before moving to Bburg...wife and I really miss it, although it caused a major old knee injury flare-up for me. Intense...LOTS of running, push-ups, sit-ups and flutter-kicks...BUT...BEST most supportive group of people to exercise with...you get hooked as the most fit of the group help the beginners through teamwork. It's really well run. The VCU men's bball team has been doing this for at least 5 years now...and he trains other college teams. I highly recommend at least committing to the 2 week program then decide if it's worth it to join. Once you've done that, if you join, you go anytime you want as a member, flexible times in RIC for sure, but not sure how many different time options they offer in Cville & DC. The former SEAL who runs it has an amazing story, is a great guy and is nationally reknown (knew Chris Kyle & knows his widow, and has often appeared on CNN & other news channels giving his perspective as a retired Seal)

We know how he gets when he is depressed and anger. Do you really think it would be a wise idea, at this point, to get him laid? Dude may turning into Martha Steward and home wife that shit.
