Yeah, but for flouro to braid for leader purposes, I use loop to loop making the loops with a surgeon's knot. Looks a little unwieldy, but holds up well and takes only a moment or two to tie. Speed and ease of tying in low light are important to me as my eyesight gets older.

powell got an offer from stanford last night so that throws a huge wrench in things for him. He stated his dreams school is stanford and it would be hard to turn that down since they produce some good o line.
However they're offering him 2 weeks before signing day so he must have been their e offer while VT was interested for a longer time. Typical throw in an offer last minute and hope it works.

I think it's more every single recruit thread the first comment is now "LOL VTU 1297832 OFFERS!" It's adding nothing. Look at this thread. There's one TE/QB joke. That's fine and a running joke. What we are currently doing to VTU and X many offers from VT looks something like this.

Yes, this is true. But my point is that size does not indicate talent at a certain position. Henry coming out of high school was a scary, scary player. He was a men among boys. When we kicked off the season against Alabama and he was a true freshman, he scared me more than any other player when I saw his film, even though he only got 2 carries for -3 yards.
I don't care what the kid's star rating is, if he can play well enough to either start or provide quality depth, I want him, especially for the OL
That may be a good indicator for us that these kids care enough to continue to pursue a visit. Anyone who drops the official may not be as solid.
My question is...where are the kid's parents in all of this? It is really weird and I'd think "um, thank you for visiting and we appreciate you showing an interest in our son going to UM, but you aren't staying the night. That's just weird"

Driving into work this morning in Fairfax, it seems like VDOT is really skimping on the budget. Hardly any roads are pre-treated. Even major roads are just treated in the middle lane.
