This team is legit. Still a lot of bball left to change that. But right now, we got a legit bball team
I sure would stick my quarter in those coin slots, if you know what I mean...

+1 for the mention of the plebs. I miss the Roman Republic.
I don't know for sure, but I think him and Haught are just banged up. Brascetta is the same way, hence why he didn't go last night. I haven't heard of any major injuries though, so they just kind of let them heal since nothing really matters until the ACC tourney anyway and then the NCAAs of course.
Edit. didn't see the previous post, hope everything turns out okay for him and his family.
Out for "family matters"
I agree. There is a caveat as I would love it if the Redskins and Hokies were in the discussion as much as those two teams are. But if it's not going to be them then I like it mixed up a little bit.
That's the match. HOKIES WIN 27-13.
Yup, turns out we have been having success in the shootyhoops recently
Speaking of Health, where is Epperly? We miss him a lot in close duals.
Looking much better tonight with all of the big guys going. Hoping the health holds up and they can make a run for a top 5 finish during the NCAAs.
Thanks for posting this!
Theoretically I think ODU is now eligible...
I'm just liking all the "quality" talk of wins.

Bumping this thread in case someone wants to watch the dual with #15 UNC going on right now. Still a few weight classes left to go. We are up 17-6. I'll post the streaming link below.

"Yea he has a heart condition. Hopefully he will be able to play next year"
With a heart condition, I hope he isn't even watching games this year.
That would be a good problem to have
There should be a tv in front of the treadmill.
Oh I know they WERE, but now they are bottom half of the ACC, which is always great to point out, whenever it happens. That was still one of the best wins of Buzz's tenure so far.
My #sauces say Buzz was worried when Clarke first got here that he wouldn't be around for more than a year or two.
"Haven't seen any games yet" Well Horse, shame on you! If you ain't watchin', you ain't enjoyin'.
Yea he has a heart condition. Hopefully he will be able to play next year
I agree with you. I think our lack of quality depth will hurt as the year goes on. 4 of the 10 guys that suit up for us are essentially non-factors on the offensive end of the floor and the rest of the guys outside of Leday are very inconsistent. If Leday has an off night our chances of winning are pretty slim, especially if shots aren't falling for some other guys. We'll probably see a few more games this year that resemble the Duke game, but I also think we'll be in some games that we probably shouldn't be.
I will say though that the thought of Clarke, Hill(assuming he redshirts), Robinson, and Blackshear anchoring this team for the next 3 years after this has me very excited about the future of Tech b-ball.
So, font....to us plebeians.
It's that extra-fun "jealous hatred" - almost ALL of my distaste for both the Pats and 'Bama stem from the fact that my teams aren't as good as them. It makes me hate myself a little. I'm in a Mbius strip of emotion!!
Ask a fan of either if it gets old. (Hint: their laughter means it does NOT.) I'll take 9-10 wins this season and we can take it from there

I love the gritty, never give-up, blue collar nature of our basketball team. That we were down by 14 points and we came back to overcome that point deficit is awesome. I don't care if we make it to the NCAA tournament so long as we beat UVa in the ACC tournament, I'm good.
