One of my best friends finished up his UVA tennis career last year, and throughout the season kept telling me that we were good that year and that we'd be really good this year.

Virginia Tech University has a really good coach in Justin Fuentes! (smart people will catch the sarcasm in the spelling!) I really do believe VT has a good coach in Fuente though!

Other than to switch planes, I can't say I've ever been there though.
Outside of teams that consistently recruit in the top 10 there is usually very little depth at certain positions, and sometimes the dropoff is noticeable even with teams that recruit very very well
Haha ok, that's my miss. I still hold my point that Henry could legitimately be that guy this year. He played even more last night, and played pretty well. If he gets rid of his penchant for going over the back, I really do think he could make some moves on the Matrix.
Ekanem and Mihota is nice, but we have no depth which is my issue. Like, if they are out of the game for a breather, I have no confidence that the backups are gonna make a big play. Great teams have playmakers in their 2nd and 3rd string guys.

How am I just now seeing this thread as an Eagles fan....
I thought Chip would lead the Eagles to the promised land, and I saw his 2013 campaign as the first building block of that. I still don't know what the bleepity bleep happened the next 2 years. I'm not happy they let him go, mainly because I don't think anyone else out there could do any better, though I'd love to be proven wrong on that. The entire front office is coming off like a bunch of toolbags, and Howie Roseman in particular is looking like a power-hungry man who's inflexible and hard to work with. Unfortunately for me, I don't think the Eagles are going to be good for about the next 12-20 years. Welcome to the new Dark Age. If it wasn't for the Hokies' bright future I'd be mighty depressed about sports in general.

I think with the way this team is playing, the excitement about the program, and all the students back It should be rocking every night from those games on out.
It is a bit odd. They fire Harbaugh because he is an odd, control freak that is hard to get along with, then turn around and hire someone who was fired for being an odd control freak that was hard to get along with.
