That made me smile. Luckily I live in Christiansburg, so going to Floyd to get a ticket wouldn't be hard.

I figure my odds of winning are roughly equal to the car being struck by lightning on the drive home while a plane simultaneously crashes into it.

That being said, I am buying a ticket.

I have never played lotto in my life. Considering it this weekend...I mean, why not spend a little coin on a few tickets? Maybe it'll be fun. Maybe Bruce Almighty will grant everyone a winning ticket and it'll split 400 million ways. At least you'll get some of your money back, I guess.

Have a kid in the school named MiTyshun. Reason, the mom wanted everyone to know he was her baby. She corrected the office all day if they said Tyshun. "No, No, He's MiTyshun"

And you can fit a lot more money in an album sleeve than those little plastic jewel cases

But $292 million would only get you 146 million drawings though, since each line of numbers is $2... wouldn't the odds decrease?

EDIT: if you purchased that many tickets, wouldn't there be a chance for repeat numbers drawn? Which could either play in your favor, if that is the winning combo, or against you, as you didn't have an un-duplicated number combo.

I'm buying my ticket as soon as I get off of work.

And I agree with everything you said haha

It's a good thing you and I are family.

As a teacher in Virginia!!!!

I thought it was the exact opposite, you should have driven west into the country to a town with one traffic light and stopped at the nearest ma&pa gas station. I think the rule is, you only win when you buy your ticket from someone who is missing at least 1 tooth.
