Not at this point in time, I don't (and if he did, he'd probably try to take Torrian and Wiles with him). But Torrian is 20 years younger than Bud, and Bud will one day retire.
Great landing spot for him, I hope he gets it. Watch for Andrew Ford to get a scholly offer from BC if Lefty becomes the OC.

He said every coach will have a part of Virginia. But I agree that unless we have some sort of Virginia movement going on like at Maryland our emphasis will be regional. Especially with kids in North Carolina who in some cases are closer to us than the Virginia beach kids
As for Compton, I was really excited when I heard about it, but I was greatly underwhelmed when I listened to it. Can't point to anything in particular cause it's been a while, but it was pretty disappointing to me.

Oh I agree. But I don't think he leaves Virginia Tech to get it.
I think TG has the best chance of getting a coordinator gig, he has been under Bud for a long time and has consistently put together great secondaries.
If Cornelsen can put together multiple number 1 offenses I'm perfectly fine with paying him 1 million a year.
Controversial Opinion - I've seen a lot of people list To A Pimp From A Butterfly. I appreciate the social relevance of the album given all of the issues in Ferguson, NYC, Baltimore, etc, but I really didn't enjoy the album that much. IMO Kendrick's lyrical and story telling abilities are his biggest strengths, and neither are really featured on this album. Does anyone else agree, or am I just not cultured enough to appreciate it?
(EDIT) Second Question: I notice I'm the only one who listed Compton: A Soundtrack. Do other's not like it, or have less people hear it since it's not on Spotify? Listening to it today, I think it's the one of most cohesive hip-hop albums to come out in the last half decade. Why no love here?
Just saw that Lil Beams is making $275k. So he got a raise going to UGA based on the base salaries.

This sounds like media speak to me. I fully expect THE emphasis to be regional (NJ to Georgia) plus Florida with only as much of AN emphasis on Virginia as necessary.

But that's not really the question. The question is...which slot is better? Thursday or Friday? It's really hard to compare apples to apples (sometimes multiple games on ESPN, ESPN2 and/or FS1, differing start times, and widely varying caliber of match-ups & teams playing -- and sometimes having to compete against, say, baseball postseason), but looking at the ratings for 2015, I'd say Friday gets the better ratings when you compare similar caliber east coast games at similar times.
FWIW, the OSU @ VT game was worth about 7 or 8 Thursday or Friday night games in terms of viewership -- it was the 4th highest watched regular season match-up of the season and wasn't very far behind the top 3, but well ahead of #5.
And does it really make that much difference with a Thursday vs a Friday game with regard to the bye week?

There was a bluegrass jam that met at the General Store in Floyd that was pretty good, and a friend and I went to the one at the River City Grill in Radford every Monday.

I sure hope so. Would be great two fold because he is a good guy and I liked like to see him get another job, but we know that we will be able to stop him. I don't really have a lot of confidence in him as a OC.
