Great revisit of the emotional end to the season. As much as I am excited about our future and our direction, I truly cannot wait to see what lies ahead for Sam Rogers. I hope that some day he is a head coach because he is such a natural leader.

Exactly. I'm as anxious (and in some ways as impatient) as everyone else to see how CJF and his staff recruit. And to see in the future, how they develop players and coach the team. But the full story will unfold over time and may take as long as 2-3 years.

I was born in Radford and grew up across the New River. Both of my parents went to Radford in the early 80s. Most of the folks from my highschool graduating class who went to 4-year schools went to Radford.

That being said, I think Radford is an awful institution with no redeeming qualities in an awful city with no redeeming qualities (other than being home to the original Sal's Italian), and I hope we destroy them.

There was discussion about Loeffler coming back. My response: "He gone. And he was pissed when they told him...but he gone." Not sure how that is negative but that's my opinion. If I said he was happy is that better for you? I thought it was worth noting but I don't speak for the site.

I'm not trying to be rude but I'll bet he hasn't. What's more likely is FSU has changed their stance and Ford has been in his ear. Athletes talk a bunch especially when they share high school roots. I'm sure Ford would love to have another receiver from his stomping grounds and is telling this recruiticorn that this new coach is going to do bigger and better things. At just face value (which is what I take twitter to be) it seems his interested is all. Let's not get too hyped up until a letter is in hand.

Afternoon news from a decent FSU source-> He definitely isn't sure about FSU and wants to take officials elsewhere. Thinking a more spread/open style of offense would fit/accentuate his skills better than what FSU runs which is pro style power football.

Also was told with him wanting to reclassify to 2016 FSU doesn't want /can't take him so they could be completely out of the running for him.
