How can you honestly watch this and believe it is unintentional? I'm sorry, but I just don't see it that way. If you watch the lead up, he's swinging his arm around hip level. As he approaches the ref he has to make a concerted effort to swing his arm at a much higher elevation in order to make contact with the refs arm. He even has his head positioned such that he must be looking right at the refs arm. I doubt very seriously that he's just walking around with his eyes closed. It's tough to keep your balance when you're swinging your arms around with your eyes closed. Try it sometime.
Also, he doesn't seem to react at all to the fact he just hit a solid object in a manner that suggests he didn't know the solid object was there. Most people will recoil or jerk their head to look at what they just hit in surprise immediately after they hit something without realizing it. Dadi follows through with his swing and keeps walking like nothing happens. Then he tries to look surprised when the ref throws his flag. I don't buy it. This was intentional all the way.

I don't think it was intentional, and I don't believe Ron Cherry thought so either. I think that's the only reason he didn't get tossed. Think about it. When have we gotten a break from the refs?
Great players don't always make great coaches. Although I do recall seeing that KJ was mentoring and helping McMillan, that might speak volumes there about his improvement
Completely disagree with y'all. As several beat writers pointed out he is an animated talker, with moves his arms and hands around a lot when talking, in fact he has knocked a recorder out of a reporters hands during an interview. That is what happened here.

Great ideas but the only thing I seemed to notice was that this photo has to be at least 5 years old. VT hasn't been that packed in a long time.
Ummm so 12 years is still considered new?

Doesn't necessarily mean he'll be entirely hands-off with respect to the offense, but he does defer some in-game decisions to the OC, it would appear.

I went to a Billy Joel concert at Bryce Jordan last year. It's used all the time for athletics, concerts, musicals, graduations, WWE, and THON (plus a circus on occasion). According to Wikipedia, it would cost about $80 million to build in 2015 dollars. It's a great spot.

Kinda like an old clunker car that was struggling to run. Going down the road, it would start cutting out like it was going to stall (Pitt) and then they'd pump the pedal like crazy and it'd catch and blow some black smoke but take off like it's butt was on fire (NC State).... That old clunker needed some big-time maintenance or even better a trade-in for a new one. I'm glad Frank decided to put it in the garage and then the Mother of all Car Salesmen Whit went shopping for a new Hokiemobile and brought the new shiny CJF model home to the family with a 4 or 5 year extended warranty. With all the uncertainty that we were going to make it all the way on the trip gone, roll down the windows, crank up the Metallica because the excitement is back!!!!!!
yes. Worse yet, I think he tried to set it up as an accident. It seemed premeditated.
Doesn't Roanoke already have that for the region?

I'm not an Xs and Os guy but I've read a lot of comments on here about how the play calling by Loeffler doesn't really flow in a sensible manner. As in, his play calls don't set up succeeding play calls, I guess? Can you comment on that? TIA

I know you're joking, but I'm going to say this anyway just in case you've missed it. Mason has been dropping little hints that he's been catching up on some Fuente game film and he has noted that he runs an offense with a very similar playbook to Loeffler. The difference seems to be that the execution of his offense is much more crisp.
