have a leg to make up for 1 of those 3 times....
Imagine the reaction among our fans if an 8-4 VT got passed over for a 6-6 FSU.
The ACC wants to reward better records with better bowls. Explain how that's incompetent.
Also went to Oregon State, probably picked it up while there. Away games at USC and such.
When we win more games than we lose, maybe I'll bitch about which bowl we get.
We are a mess of a football team right now and had to scratch and claw our way to a 6-6 season. Does that mean I'm just happy to be here? You're damn right I'm just happy to be here, because we were a gnat's eyelash away from sharing the couch with LOLUVA for the holidays.
Sure I'd love a sexy bowl. But we didn't earn it.
I know that records should matter for bowl selection, but its assonine that the Belk bowl is not allowed to have its pick of the bowl eligible teams.
If it makes financial sense to them to pick us, the ACC should have no right to take that decision into their own hands. What does it matter to the ACC, wouldn't they want the team with the best chance to make the bowls happy to represent them? I am lost for words at explaining the incompetence of the ACC.
I mean, we take on a Labor Day night game, a Friday night game, among other things we do for the conference. And then they can't throw us a bone to send off Beamer? The lack of respect is disgusting.
Mine is letting a wide receiver throw a pass in overtime. I am still furious.
I'm listening to his press conference right now, and he sounds like a deer caught in the headlights
We aren't beating Clemson in '11 regardless of who the QB is, because Stiney had zero answer for their press coverage. The decision might have come down after '12, but going 0-2 against Clemson is what sealed Stiney's fate, IMO.
How about the Kentucky Bourbon Bowl and since we are such fans of playing in a racetrack it could be played on the infield at Churchill Downs.
This whole situation was far more complicated and a result of the "interpretation" of the contract than your statement makes it out to be. Many believe this was to get Bowden his home game in the state of Florida.

Yep, I distinctly remember Lee Suggs blocking a kick vs. West Virginia back in the day.
Ford, Cam, Buckey, and TBD
Speaking of, any indication whether or not he will keep his position?
The Deablo is always in the details
Good find, thanks for sharing!
No the 4 wide receivers.
4-wide sets to spread the defense ou
Frank's last game, his assistant coaches are coaching for spots next year. I think Frank runs up the score as high as he wants.
4th OL coach in 5 years. It's like our version of a Defense Against the Dark Arts professorship.

Beamer dances at midfield and then gets carried off to the 1st tee box where he is met by Steve Spurrier to begin their retirement.
Newsome, Grimes, Searels, now Vice.
Most head-scratching things sorted into categories:
VT:
1) Our RB rotation early in the year
2) Our defensive line performance given the hype
CFB:
1) Miami/Duke. What.
2) MichSt/Michigan. Double What.
3) GT/FSU. What on Earth.
4) Texas over Oklahoma. What the What.
5) Nebraska over MichSt. What the front door.
Coaching:
1) Mike London
2) ECU
3) USCe, all of it
4) USCw
Shreveport, El Paso, what is next, the Alaska Bush Plane Bowl? I hear Fairbanks is pleasant this time of year.
I can sympathize on both scenarios.
Shit.

I disagree, Tyrod masked Stiney's issues big time from 2009-2010. I think he makes enough plays to win those games. Although this discussion is completely meaningless and impossible to be sure haha.
