That's part of building a staff too. A good coach will realize their weakness and staff accordingly. The staff as a whole must be able to both develop and recruit talent. If we really are the #2 job available this off season, then there's no reason we can't hire a coaching staff that can both recruit and develop talent.

I personally believe n.d. is overrated.....I think Stanford will beat them thus ending their playoff dream.....however another likley scenario is that a ok state or similar team jumps them into the 4 th spot because n.d. will have no conference playoff game....missing out on the 4 th spot because of no conference championship will eventually help force them to enter the acc
