It will not be enough but I didn't want to scare anyone.

I'd rather fish than breathe but I don't get the opportunities I used to. I'll throw some ideas out in the fishing forum when I get some time - sounds like a great idea.

Lynch and McNelly with back to back RBI hits.

7-1 now

Undecided what I'd bring physically, but I can guarantee that I bring a LOT of fishing lies, as I don't fish. ;^)

5-1 now in 5th. Lynch had a solo homerun. Yaeger had a two out two rbi single.

Franklin does, not sure on Pry. Their house is where Bud made the initial pitch to get him to come here.

"Just honored to be here," Franklin said. "I want to thank the search committee. Those guys were relentless. Me and Fumi (his wife) were in Georgia. We have a place at Lake Oconee. We were there kind of just trying to get our minds clear and our hearts clear.

"Virginia Tech wanted to come and visit with us. We didn't really know that that night they were ready for an answer."

I saw an article once that said something like 84 D1 coaches or former coaches have houses there. Both Beamers do, Friedgen, Dan Mullen, Kirby Smart, Mike Norvell, Urban Meyer, Pat Narduzzi, Hugh Freeze, Steve Spurrier, Brent Key,
Manny Diaz, P.J. Fleck, George O'Leary, Todd Grantham,Jim Grobe, Rich Rodriguez, Chan Gailey, and Paul Johnson.

Bruce Arians also owns a house there.

You're certainly welcome, but I must defer to the arbiters of such things. You get my vote, but what would you bring to this imaginary gathering?

Yeah the throwing it up is what gets me the most, for such a big guard she should be able to body into the rim. Instead on many attempts she actually ends up going farther from the basket the closer she gets to the baseline which means she is shooting the layup across her body rather than laying it up.

For the record, I saw a downvote for APrimus, I didn't do it. His opinion is as important to him as mine is to me. I'm heading back up there to try to even it back up.

I don't think there will be any blowback from those of us on TKP. Besides, the staff is paid to make those painful decisions.

I think it would be more impact on the locker room than the fanbase.

Completely agree, if it was 6-8 it wouldn't hurt the team like it does now. I also think this is where the Kate Sears injury hurt us the most. If Sears was playing, Wenzel wouldn't be averaging 30.4 mpg.

Fishing is too important for lies, except for wheres and with whats, but I've got a million stories. While Busch Light ain't my usual brew, it'll do just fine cold, though I've drunk enough warm beer to be able to enjoy it enough after getting past the first couple or three. Sounds jolly and everyone I've actually met from TKP has been great to fish with good fellers. So we should seriously investigate the possibility of a beer and a hearty hollerin' to the clouds.
Will a 30 rack be enough?

Ladies up 2-0 on Seton Hall in the 4th.

Wentzel has to be more efficient

This is true.

because of how Wenzel is viewed as the leader, the blowback of reigning her in, has the staff on edge

She essentially wastes 12 possessions per game between misses and turnovers.

Ouch! 12 possessions? We get it... she's a guard. One to two bad passes, a walk, it happens. And nobody shoots 100%. But 12 wasted possessions! Get that to a more reasonable 6-8 and that will help alot.

Perfect response, my guy. I still quote this when the situation calls for it.

Setting the standard? I think they misspelled tone. Set the fucking (s)TONE!

I agree but unfortunately I think because of how Wenzel is viewed as the leader the blowback of reigning her in has the staff on edge. It wasnt coincidence that when Wenzel sat the entire 2nd quarter the Hokies had their largest lead of the game. Wenzel is 9th on the team in offensive efficiency rating.

With Suffren and Nelson on the floor together we are so much better defensively because they are opportunistic and the pressure leads to offense. UNC had 8 turnovers in the 2nd quarter. Nelson and Suffren both make their layups and/or peel off/pass out rather than put up bad shots. Nelson is shooting 44.6% inside. Suffren is shooting 46.9% inside. Both shoot the 3 worse than Wenzel though.

Want another ugly Wenzel number? Her and Swanson are the only two on the team shooting less than 40% on interior shooting. The Hokies as a team shoot interior shots on 47.6 of 65 shots per game. Wenzel is 14% below the team average of 45.6% on interior shots.
