Most of Virginia will get to see T-Mobile this week on CBS, opposite the Redskins game on Fox. However, the Ravens' late game will prevent the DC/NOVA area from seeing the Bills. (Interestingly enough, the Tidewater stations are getting the Ravens as well.)
You want a paper plane contest? Hold it somewhere else, and let the participants clean it up.
This is just a bunch of people throwing paper airplanes at a football game. Most of it is just more litter in the stands. A big part of the payoff is hitting other patrons.
I'm not seeing how this is a solution, as it just encourages more of it.

I personally think its corny, but if other people like it then whatever. I'd rather it not be played right before the 4th quarter because I feel like it can kind of suck the energy out of the crowd. I think halftime is the better spot.
