Ridiculous call by the refs.
Edit: At least they turned over the ridiculous call. Definitely a fumble.

Padding the stats so that when they lose to Michigan State later in the year, they will still be considered for the playoff.
Red herringbender argument.
fixed that for you.
whiny bender is whiny
our favorable schedule will again give us a shot to keep the bowl streak alive. ECU, Purdue, and Pitt are down. Will probably beat BC and Duke. Probably come down to loluva again.
Don't worry. I'm already drinking. Heavily.
Absolutely not, but Motley has shown absolutely no sign that he can actually pass the ball.
You're right. Perfectly legitimate excuse.../s
Broken collarbone. Surgery tomorrow. 4-6 week recovery. There's hope.
Your pessimistic attitude fucking sucks. Go to bed and post tomorrow.
Red herring argument.
Mannequin is on over at Starz. I saw that one in the theatre. First official Leonard movie make out session.
broken collarbone 4 - 6 weeks
wow. lot's of people on here jumping off the ENTIRE SEASON already.
It's the first game. Against the defending national champions that is consensus #1, that blanked Whisky, shut down Bama and Oregon. they were meant to win this game even with Brewer in. chillax.
the rest of the season will get sorted out. Just because Motley isn't performing in game 1 versus our biggest competition of the season mid-game does not a season make.
anybody see anOSU's schedule? What a joke. And the way the Hokies are looking, we aren't exactly going to help their SOS.
I don't think he starts going forward. He's showing me nothing.
I disagree 100% this is nothing like the 05 Miami game, here we actually had the lead at halftime and good momentum then Brewer going down and Motley stinking up the joint took it out of the team. I hope we go with Durkin or Lawson next week maybe it was OSU's talent level but I'm not sold at all on Motley.
Anyone know on the status of Brewer?
Welp...another average year. Lucky to get to a bowl game. This just hurts to watch...but I am a Hokie, so I am used to it...
EDIT: To clarify, not giving up, just saying that with serious injuries at critical positions, this team isn't deep enough to succeed. Good luck and hopefully quick recovery to Brewer, but I still haven't seen anything encouraging from his backup.
Motley looks like he's still taking practice snaps out there... I'm climbing on the Lawson train
I would never downvote for this comment, but don't be that guy. We are clearly the inferior team without Brewer.
Maybe the same people who thought we would win last year did.? And they were right last year.
I want to be positive and supportive but based on what we saw when he was "the man" briefly against uva last year and in tonight's game.....not a lot to get hyped about.
How many sacks does the D have tonight? How many 40+ yard plays have they given up (which killed us last year too)
Am I supposed to get excited for maybe winning 7 games again or is it "too early" 3 years into it

Nice pass by motley to rogers there
