He did mask Alex Smith's suck though. Overall they've recruited talented players (from star perspective) over the years, just didn't cultivate it. That won't be a problem with Harbaugh - love him or hate him, every place he's gone he's taken bad programs to great.

I took him in a 2 QB draft over the weekend, Round 8-9 something like that and got ridiculed for it.

Team bus will arrive about 3 hours before gametime with an opportunity to see them on the move there.
Parade before the game as the bus arrives on the street in front of Lane.

Hokie Village across the street from lane a few hours before kickoff with events, food and cheerleaders, band type stuff.
