Agreed; I don't care who they are there to see, they could just as easily fall in love with our atmosphere.

SO FIRED UP FOR THIS.

My wife, son, and I just moved back to the east coast (Charlotte) this summer, after 10 years in Los Angeles. Haven't been to Lane for a game since '04. I've watched almost every game since then & have been an avid reader of TKP each year... Have been addicted to the Hokies since being a kid, watching DeShazo. Great to be back in the south, especially during football season.

I just bought tickets today for our return to Lane... Section 12 Row JJ. Let's be honest, after the past decade of being away, I'd be jumping out of the bleachers, losing my mind, and hoarse for the Furman game. I can't believe THIS is the first game we get to see live @ Lane after 10 seasons.

Don't know how I'm going to be productive the rest of the week. Seriously, no clue. Can't wait to fall back in ranks and scream alongside you guys again Monday night.

Enter Sandman on repeat. Hair on the arms won't go down, and I'm totally OK with that.

That .gif made me laugh out loud. Perfect usage. Bravo

However, if our problem is missing out on recruits who want early playing time, I'd take that as a good problem to have.

Saw this late last night on r/cfb

Seemed like a mixed bag on how shocked DAWGS fans are. I for one, was very shocked. I'm not sure which reaction is appropriate for this:
-That the few kids Georgia had in the system didn't have the skills/knowledge to be the starter after a few years with the program and got beat out by a graduate transfer from an ACC bottom feeder.
-Lambert's skillset/leadership has now tricked Mark Richt as well as Time Cop
-UVA wastes potential almost as well as da U

I'll say, having watched limited UVA action over the last 2 seasons.. I bet Matt Johns winds up making some noise in the ACC this season. That kid is a playmaker and should have been starting for them long ago. Lets hope he is riding the struggle bus hard come late November.

Just a few facts that I'd like to point out: VT is 1-27-1 all-time against teams ranked in the top 5, last year they had a 3-4 record at home, and Urban Meyer is 8-2 in "revenge" games (where the opposing team beat his the year prior). So, does anyone honestly buy in to the hype that VT's defense is going to stop OSU's playmakers with Urban calling the shots? Furthermore, VT's offense doesn't scare anyone and is nowhere near as skilled or talented as that of tOSU. I say that there's not a chance in Hell that the Hokies beat the NUMBER 1 TEAM in the country, because that would be an unprecedented feat for VT and they just aren't that good... sorry Hokie fans!

I am surprised no one went with 75yard TD pass to CJ Carrol who was left uncovered because the defense thought he was a middle school fan who wondered onto the field in his gameday outfit.
