Both are bad, but I can't imagine the Nike extension is going over well in Merryman right now, because during a time when Whit is trying to do whatever he can to bring in additional revenue streams, it has to absolutely kill him to see the literally millions per year left on the table with our lowball Nike extension through 2021 that was signed literally a couple weeks (extension was signed in Feb, he was hired in March) before his hiring was announced.

Well or use screen grab, or snapchat grabbing apps, or take a picture of it with another phone. Kids who think snapchat or any other app that claims to prevent people from keeping dick pics sent to them are idiots. Once people understand that snapchat will go the way of MySpace. It's user interface is too difficult to use, it's hard for people even tech savvy ones to fully grasp quickly so it won't grow past a certain point.

Speaking of that show though, there are some examples that are relevant. The other night there was 315lb, relatively active Asian kid... did a body mass analysis on him and came back with 190lb lean muscle. So basically he was a semi-athletic guy carrying 125lb of body fat. You might think that would make it harder to lose weight or that he would lose a lot of muscle along the way... Nope. He still lost 90lb in 3 months while doing all kinds of cardio and weight lifting. By the end of that 3 months he was deadlifting 300lb.. not a lot of muscle mass lost there.

So basically, they got $3.5M for a basketball program that has 1 conference title, and peaked out at a, what Sweet 16 berth... yet we have a football program with 4 conference titles in 10 years, 5 BCS bids in 10 years, and an Orange Bowl win, in a higher profile sport, and the best we can manage is $1.8M?
The more we see these other deals, the more it looks like we didn't even try to negotiate, we just rubber stamped Nike's lowball extension when it was offered.
according to tweeter they had like a 10-20 snap scrimmage at the end too.. of course that wasn't snapped!

yeah it also kinda sounds like Whit doesn't actually know any details...
Basically, nothing lasts longer than the amount of time set, theoretically. Yes, they are still in your phone's memory so those dirty pictures you send can be recovered, but on the surface, they are gone when time expires. If you send a snap to someone else, that time is as long as you specify, up to 10 seconds. Once viewed and time expires, the snap expires and disappears. If you post it to your "story" then it is globally visible for 24 hours.

Football: $10,000 for non-playoff bowl with a payout of at least $3 million, $25,000 for the College Football Playoff semifinals, $50,000 for the CFP title game, $100,000 for the national title. The previous football bonuses were $15,000 for a tier one bowl, $25,000 for a Bowl Championship Series game and $25,000 for a national championship.
That's pretty optimistic to even put those in the contract considering the state of lolUVA football right now.
