# | Hokies Use Preseason Practice to Retool the Secondary in the Wake of CJ Reavis' Dismissal Which is why i'd like to see him at rover.
One of my absolute favorite parts about a healthy Facyson is that it gives us the opportunity to see Chuck Clark as free safety.
I think he's going to be explosive at that position. Man hits with bad intent.
I think this game has the potential to scare us. Or at least me. I suppose it's how they look coming in for the most part but for whatever reason they usually give FSU a run for their money no matter how good or bad they are in that year. To me this has to potential to be a loss for us that we may look back and ask how we lost it, being at home at night. I think we can definitely get the win in this game but as of right now to me it is a dangerous game that we can't overlook (I guess we can't overlook anyone really but you know what I mean). Mobile QB's have given us fits recently. If we can keep Brissett contained and force him to pass the ball I think the win gets a lot easier for us.
edit:
and you can find my answers at Backing the Pack.
I could not.
Tech is trying to reward people who support VT sports AND keep Tenn fans from buying VT tickets.
Which coach vexes you more that he still has his job: Mike London or Rex Ryan?

# | Hokies Hype the "Battle at Bristol," Even as the OSU Matchup and an Uncertain Future Loom Because if they sell them to "everyone" Tennessee fans could in theory buy our allotment. The same reason they are trying to sell the mini plans and season tickets now to only HC members. That way OSU doesn't buy them.
crap that's who I meant. my mistake.....I'll fix it.

HOKIES USE PRESEASON PRACTICE TO RETOOL THE SECONDARY IN THE WAKE OF CJ REAVIS' DISMISSAL
you just won't let it go will ya? /s
great read though...thank you for all of the great work you contribute to TKP. It's hugely appreciated
I believe the jet sweep job is already taken.....

looked like wyatt stood him up pretty good yesterday.
Got eeeeeeem!

The obviously wanted a dude who has already sacked a starting qb in their own division before the first preseason game...
So early? Guess recruiticorning never stops at any level...
It seems to me that VT always screws up the ticket buying process. Just sell the tickets. You have 40,000 of them. My god. Why make it so confusing?
Jeff sat front row every class in my investments course. No one ever sat behind him because you couldn't see the board; three empty chairs every day. That guy came to play school and I thought it was so awesome. Still brag to this day that I took one of my finance classes with him.
Spidey senses are tingling...do I sense a story?
Its Rex Ryan...there isn't much of a rhyme or reason as to why he does or says the things he does. Part of the reason his teams are usually bottom-feeders
yyyyaaayyyyy...hoooorrraaayyyyyy...Finally something, I hope we get a highlight or something. Feels like this season has been kinda quite
Over 50, in great shape and IMPOSSIBLE to out-drink at the bar.
I shall attend.
Can I put a marker for where I visited TKP frequently this spring - Rome, Italy?
Thanks for the laugh. I needed that. Effing hilarious...
The Bills just picked Enemkapli up off waivers, WHY?!?!?!?!
Edit: the guy clearly has some issues, punched a police office in college and now the starting QB on his own team.
The field of nutrition is in its infancy. Many still believe the nonsense spouted by Ancel Keys, Mediterranean nutjobs, Paleo, etc., etc. Genomics will make this morass even worse until it finally unravels as answers filter in. In the meantime, there are plenty who believe muscle mass through ketogenic dieting is preserved even as weight is lost. Whether it applies at this extreme level? Who knows. Who knows whether this is an extreme level. This kid is strong as a horse and 6 4? He may be 30% BF, but to compare him to people on that show is flat out ridiculous. These are sedentary people going from zero and often times 50% BF or more. It comes off extremely fast and if they give them a good diet it may be effectively a ketogenic diet (ketogenic diets mobilize fat as an energy source). As long as the macros meet the body's sustaining requirements I have to believe muscle mass is actually increased initially.
Putting this kid in that class of people is a real headscratcher to me. I'd put $50 on him lasting more plays than 75% of people on this board. I would hope our training department had some cutting edge nutritionists (or at least nutritionists that copy cutting edge nutritionists) that can show him how to eat. Clearly there are some red flags here. The damn thing about it is you can still eat almost anything you want (longevity concerns aside), you just can't eat everything you want all day. Its not calories in calories out when you have weight issues. You have to time and control your macros.

Hot damn. I'm in town this week and just may be able to attend this.
