Guys- I will get to all these great questions shortly. I am stuck in Chicago on business travel and it will take some time to author good responses.
With regards to Searels, I have been a skeptic since the hire. I thought his Texas OL's underperformed (the left side was very good, but his right side consisted of top recruits and despite being upperclassmen, they were so-doi) and Georgia fans were ready to ride him out of town on a rail. I can't fault him when the center or QB doesn't see an overload like vs Miami. At the same time, Wake used well disguised balanced fronts and then slanted to an overload. If the Hokies had a tell that they were calling the strength to the mike, after 2 times in similar situations a coach, be it the OL coach or (more likely) someone in the booth has to notice it and change things up. Loeffler didn't. Stinespring didn't. Shane Beamer (whose backs were outnumbered 2 to 1) didn't. Searels didn't. If they did, they didn't change it. That was unacceptable in my eyes. The players can't be responsible because as a player you can't see how anything manifests after the ball is snapped besides your assignment.

sorry, that I need proof of being better, than just saying it to believe it. I will say, looks like there OL might be competent in run blocking again ... oh VT passes more than they run now. welp.

Assuming the rest of the conference winners are 1 loss or less, the only scenario I could see it happening is if a two loss SEC champ runs over a 1 loss conference champion. Like if Florida destroys FSU and they both take the conference.

Especially if FSU plays unconvincingly the rest of the year. I mean FSU was a 3 seed as the only undefeated team. There's more to it than wins and losses

First...a little unrelated.....our graphics in all that is broadcast by the athletic department or whomever has improved 10000% over the past year or two.

I don't see how this isn't realistic. Lose early and consistently play top 10-15 teams. I wouldn't be surprised at all if a 2 loss team makes it from the SEC. Sure ESPN and pretty much everybody else likes to get on their knees for the SEC, but if they keep beating ranked teams, then I definitely see this as a strong possibility.

I would recommend getting to town super early, tailgating for 10+ hours, getting shit your pants drunk, then watching another Hokie victory. Then just head back to your previous tailgate spot and just start that shit all over again because there'll be no need to go anywhere anyway. Also you're not staying close to the Burg, so you may as well get drunk...again.

In my younger years, there was no "online" to look to. Information came from hanging around the tackle shops and subscribing to fishing magazines. I used to keep them all, years worth in fact, just in case I needed to learn about a kind of fishing I was unfamiliar with or in case I was traveling and wanted info on fishing in a new area. The absolute best way to learn, however, is to meet more experienced fishermen and go fishing with them. I've been fishing for 59 years, and still learn something almost every time I go, but it's my fishing partners that I've learned the most from. Oh, and take pictures. Guys will brag and bloviate about their catches, but it's the pictures that tell the tale. Now, I do lie about fishing, but not like you might expect. I will seldom tell a stranger on the water that I'm catching fish, especially when I'm really on 'em. When I was guiding on the New, I had my clients remove their lures before we got to the landing so nobody could see what we were using. But if I actually tell you I caught something, you can take it to the bank.
