Very nice. It was a good idea to go with something light like that splatter outline of VA and VT over top of the real wood. Can't even tell the holes are off.
I agree, next year has to be at least a winning record and signs of progress.
I go with what I refer to as "Hokie Gumps" myself.
This is a set I made and painted over the summer before the Bama game. Pretty proud of them for my first set. Ignore that the holes are a little botched.

I had to search for this one, but I'm currently broken down in Fayetteville, Ar right outside of the Razorbacks campus. So I'm gonna check out the place referenced in this espn article... the catfish hole. I'll let you guys know how it is.
Also, I'm not really broken down.. but the welding on the trailer carrying my car broke, so... I'm not really going anywhere.

After watching the SunBowl I have a feeling Carlis Parker could be taking over JC Coleman's scat back role and JC could go back to his N S running style.... yes JC isn't the best at N S but its a lot better than E W and with proper blocking I have confidence in JC, just his role this past year didn't seem to fit him.
I wonder who would be willing to steal me one....anyone??
My most prized VT possessions are the Hokie Stones I stole from a construction site right after I graduated.
GF promised to knit me a Maroon/Orange cardigan, so that would probably move to the top of the list.
I was comparing him in terms of a skill set, he's good but just can't get it done. But yeah stafford is getting paid for mediocre performances, the lions need help and a lot of it

Aaron Murray would love to be Matt Stafford. Stafford was #1, Murray will be a mid-round pick at best. He's barely 6'0" and is coming of knee surgery
I actually want a Hokie Brick now before I want a Hokie Stone. There is a rumor that the bricks not reutilized from tearing down the Corps dorms may be turned into memorabilia type items for current and former cadets.
Well at least by then I will already know what I want LOL!
I would say your "Hokie problem" is a good problem. The Hokie stone is the first thing I want
for my Hokie cave. :)
I am in the same situation. Moving from place to place, renting an such until I can save to buy. It is hampering my ability to create my ultimate sports team cave. It's hard to collect stuff too when you have to just store it for the time being..
Is there some opponent overlap here I am missing? I remember a few years ago they went to Iowa because of how they played GT. Or is there nothing else here and the 2 staffs simply wanted to collaborate?
