I did read the article. I think Freeman had the best performance so far. Kam had one hell of game and should have been MVP. All I can remember from the GB Super Bowls is Brett Farve and Freeman connection and of course Reggie White. I also had no idea about Hokie Football at the time of the GB Super Bowls, so I'm not being bias.

I kept wondering, "why doesn't the O line block him?" It's like they're not even trying, when you know that's got to be their whole gameplan ...

They were very aware, but had not offered because they felt he wouldn't qualify.

I was actually thinking the other day...with the resume / name that Searels brings, I'm surprised we haven't heard about him adding any OL recruits to the mix since he arrived in Blacksburg. I know he hasn't had much time, but I thought we might see him try to steal one or two highly rated guys.

For the conference's sake- it's great to have the best team representing in the post season. If the two best teams play it almost assures at least serious consideration for the winner making the playoff regularly. This might ultimately be the best thing for the conference no matter how many feathers get ruffled an whomever gets snubbed. Im OK with it as long as there is more interdivisional play (if they exist). I would like to play FSU and Clemson every once in a while.

GO HOKIES!

yeah, the ACC is the only league with obscure division names based on nothing...

Pac12: North/South
B1G: East/West
SEC: East/West (though people may give them grief over Mizzou in the East)
ACC: Atlantic/Coastal

If you asked joe schmoe off the street to guess the members of all 8 divisions providing him nothing but the conference membership, he would probably get 90% of them right in the other 3 leagues...ACC would be a train wreck.
