The more I watch the highlights the more I enjoy Lee basically laying down every time Gayle was even close to him. Actually after a while, pretty much any time anyone was near him.

Apparently there was some weird thing happening with my Ipad or something. It had the rankings updated, however the others receiving votes wasn't. Now I see that GT is out of that section and we are basically next in line. Not sure what the hell happened there...
Thanks HJ for the writeup, your insight into the upcoming opponents is only exceeded by your Hokie fashion sense...maroon does looks good on every part of the uniform. Warthog is absolutely correct, VT better take every upcoming opponent very seriously since we have a miniscule margin for error with a slowly developing offense, a snakebitten field goal kicker, and not much help on special teams other than Hughes' strong leg. Go Hokies, beat all the blueboys!

I was and still am shocked that at least one of the UNC, Pitt, and MD games are not a Thursday nighter, sigh.

I picked to go this game thinking that it won't be a nooner, sigh. Looks like I will take my chances with the Maryland game as well now.
MD game won't be a late afternoon or night game because they'll lose to fsu and/or clemson. Looks like we're rocking nooners for the entire season. Every year for the last 4 or 5 years our home schedule has gotten worse. Every year I see the schedule and think "wow, this is shi**y, there's no way it could be worse next year" and every year I'm wrong. I can only IMAGINE what our home schedule will be like next year...
not to mention, the conference scheduling is absolutely ridiculous! We're only going to play teams from the Atlantic Division (or Coastal if you're E$PN because apparently we're in the Atlantic according to them) like once every 8 years or something....stupid

Every year I pick ONE home game to go to. I AM NOT GOING TO A NOON GAME WEAVER! I won't do it.
Gotta hand it to Maddy on that 4th down stop. Big boy held up 2 blockers and turned his ass into the hole. That was the first thing that Sims ran into, and if Maddy gets pushed off the ball, that's an easy first down for Sims. Maddy created the traffic, Gayle crashed down and Tyler cleaned it up.
