Yeah, Bonner got wrecked time and time again on deep balls tonight. I was very happy to see him just keep running down the field and stay out of the way as Kendall made that pick. We'll see how our defensive coaches do with coaching him up or scheming around that particular weakness.

I heard one of the announcers, Palmer I think, said this. I think it is true so far. Our numbers are great and only gave up 129 rushing to GT (216 lower than their season ave, but they also had Duke and Elon in that total). Now we get to rest up a little. As the offense improves, I think the defense will be even better.

Agreed, LT showed that he could put some weight on his shoulders. He still needs some help though, and I hope the team can rally around him to give it to him.
I hope so bad we're actually smart enough to do #ALLMAROONEVERYTHING at least once more at home this year and more often in the future. It shouldn't be done every game but damn, it looked good tonight.

They just said on the post-show that Logan didn't practice all week due to his abdomen. His first snap he had taken since Marshall was tonight. That's pretty superb he came out playing like that after not practicing all week.

It is a fair point. If our second half had been like our first, this would have been a blowout.
It's definitely the truth though. If the offense could score more than ten points then we'd be a national presence. But I'm fine just being a gritty defensive team that will do what it takes to grind out a win. It may not be pretty but a win is a win and that defense is just lights out.
