NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I thought this screenname would last forever, but it looks like I'm going the way of Furrer4Heisman.

I agree with leaving early with the exceptions of my post above. Sitting down is good with me, though. Sit while we're on offense. Be quiet. Cheer when we do something positive. I would like to be able to sit and enjoy a game from my ass at some point. Turkey leg for poking at LOLUVA though, and welcome.

1) Right.
2) Your tagline is awesome.
3) I've given up on trying to convince people to not downvote. I'll just upvote someone if I think a downvote wasn't deserved. Even if it wasn't turkey leg worthy.

I've got some never-seen-before footage of a grey horse on the treadmill. I feel like I'm sitting on a pot of gold.

I'll start the bidding at one turkey leg.

When I first saw the title of the post, I thought for sure Mike London was writing a guest column.

Great read, as always, French. It's awesome to see Bud constantly tinkering and trying to out-match his opponents. I'm guessing he was using the WCU game to work out his new look in preparation for ECU and Marshall. Smart move.

It could be a pure red herring. Even if Foster never plans to run it again, every OC now has to gameplan for it. The Hokies use the 46 front in their base look anyway (especially in the Rutgers game last year.)

Yeah, that's going to be tricky. Maybe use the turf soccer practice area across Spring Road?

I personally am glad none of the ads are permanent (aka - physical and over the speakers, rather than digital on the screen alongside replays, etc.). If the board is off, you shouldn't still see ads. I was watching a game with the brother of a Hokie friend (who went to USCw), and when they showed the old scoreboard, he blurted out 'McDonalds?!?'. He wasn't trying to poke fun at us, but he was so surprised by the golden arches displayed prominently (and permanently) that it came out that way, and I felt a little embarrassed at what must have looked like a kind of 'small-time' thing to him.

Anyway, despite the fact they take up some of the screen, you have to remember this screen is like 9283792138740135 times (roughly) bigger than the last one, so you're still getting a lot bigger highlights. Just my $.02.

Again, nice read.

That 46 Defense does give me nightmares. It's such a back-breaker defense in both directions. Opposing offenses could turn some quick-hitting plays into really long TDs with good athletes at the receiver positions. I'll wait until after the UNC game to figure out if I like it or not.

Will have two outdoor fields about 65 yards long, 90 degrees to the long dimension of the building. The building sits on the section of field parallel to the woods. Plus I'm guess you can run through the tunnel and work on Lane surface especially if it ever goes to turf. Lot of options.

I was just searching for images of theirs and saw they had this on their wall. Someone needs to sneak in and slap a big ol' asterisk on that thing. #LOLUVA

The worst part about all of this is there are actually people arguing for leaving early. Maybe I'm biased since I was in the MV's but not staying until the clock hits 00:00 just doesn't sit well with me

Yea, just a cool thought. Maybe once they've really got the scoreboard working 100% they can do some cool effects, or just play BillDozer's videos to get everyone pumped.

Looks like your time might be up Horse. If you see Weaver you better gallop away as fast as you can...

I had that guy junior year.

"Uuhhhhh uhhhhhh uhhhhhh uhhhhhhh you sir, what is the title of chapter 2 in the system dynamics book? LAPLACE TRANSFORMS!!"

I keep reading the title of this in Carl Prather's voice. "The indoor practice facility is done, oh it's DONE!"
