And agreed on links. As i said nothing definitive, just lots of complaining. But when the same shit has been following one coach for so long, over 3 separate coaching jobs, then the non-definitive starts to become something more. It becomes a pattern and anyone who has gone to VT and had to take statistics know what a pattern means.

Google helps, too. I've been doing small-time web design for a while and I got started simply by searching. In this case, searching "html embed image" brings up everything you need (or just use the handy little camera icon here on TKP). The other thing that a lot of people don't know is that you can right-click any web page and view its source (i.e., HTML markup) so if you see something you want to replicate, you can see how someone else did it and imitate it. Some websites are complex and rely on lots of scripting, so those aren't terribly useful in terms of learning, but anything that's done in mostly basic HTML is instructive.
