I agree with the above that Kyle should play whip, but let's say we move Kendall there. What if we moved Bonner back to corner and played Kyle and Bonner there? I think it's easier to mask a deficiency at safety than it is at corner. And I didn't like him at corner but when there are this many injuries and transfers some things have to change. Also, I'm sure Donaldven Manning is regretting his decision to transfer now.
I've always had a thought that Dadi would be a rather good fit as a LB. I doubt he has coverage skills though so we'd be switching to a traditional 4-3

The thought of two true freshmen, talented as they may be, on both corners is down right terrifying.
Sucks to see a guys career limited and ended by injuries. Kid always came back and never complained. That will serve him well as he moves on to life after football.
Personally I doubt it. Injuries happen and are a part of the game. RVD has had shoulder problems before, Shuman has had an issue with that same knee before and JC just got rolled up on.
I think the pushing needed to happen even IF these are a result of that. Last year we had a (mostly) healthy but soft team and we all know what happened.
I don't want to pry, but are you 61? If so, perhaps the sexy turkey outfit should be left to someone else...someone a bit...younger.
I don't know that another team in the country has suffered more injuries than VT in the last 3 years. On the bright side, what appears to be our very best talent is still healthy. Logan, Edmunds, McLaughlin, the Fullers, etc.
Someone mentioned this in a post earlier, but do you think the injuries are a result of the players getting pushed a lot harder this summer than they have been in previous summers?
