I believe you are correct. the burger shuffle was so easy it wasnt even entertaining. Then the chicken tender shuffle came out and I started to get them wrong...

Whoever it was, I do recall Juju Clayton coming in at a few points and playing well in a reserve role. He wasn't Tyrod, obviously, but he was a serviceable backup, game manager, what have you. I'm glad he, and Leal, stuck it out as a backup and decided his career as a player, and his scholarship, were worth committing to the Hokies for the long term, even if he didn't become a starter.

aTm would be great considering the similarities between the schools, but I want a home and home with Oklahoma more than anyone else in Big 12 country (I know, I know, aTm is SEC, but Big 12 country)

People up here will NEVER forget that. I hear about it from one guy in particular all the time.

It really is. The schools are really similar, too. We are both big on agriculture, they have a nice dairy complex, and we both play a defensive/run game-minded style. Both blue collar programs. I always tell the people up here that State College is about 20 years ahead of Blacksburg as far as the development of the town is concerned, so you'll feel pretty much at home but you'll have a lot more suburban-style amenities than Blacksburg has.

Graduated from Bethel high school in Hampton in 2008. Haven't seen any games in the past couple years though. Don't know if there are any current prospects VT is looking at, but we've had a couple of big time guys come through (Jimmy Williams and James Gayle).

Not to mention their student body seems to love their sorry excuse of a marching band. I'm sorry...but when a governor prohibits you from visiting a school...there's a problem.

Have a buddy that has a similar horror story. Said mediocre east stand seats are far superior to the good west stand seats that he had...and won't ever be going back.

Didn't they change it to the chicken tender shuffle? Or do I have that backwards?

I haven't cared much for TAMU recently. Ever since they beat Bama they've been obnoxiously cocky.

That Wang is a real hard worker.
That Wang really plays a rough and tumble style of ball.
Wang really cleared a nice hole there.
Wang caused the pocket to collapse.

I grew up a huge PSU fan and came to VT because the area was so much like State College.

Red Foreman is the authority on SEC football? I guess on September 1st, Alabama can expect a boot in their ass.

In my opinion, it was obvious from the first snap of the first game that Frazier didn't have what it took to be a pro-style quarterback in Loeffler's offense. I said as much in my very first article for TKP.

I wish him nothing but the best though. That's got to be rough, dreaming of playing Quarterback and then getting very publicly demoted and having that dream dashed.

Hm. Coulda sworn Clayton had held on to the backup job for one more year. Well, there ya go.

I actually feel that way about Farris. Watching the Rutgers game alone was enough to make me nervous about his abilities. Honestly, he's done little to make me feel better through the spring/fall so far.

From the whole thread, really...I can't resist:

I hate it when Wang flops around on the field. A Wang pull is a serious problem. Wang needs to drive harder.
