It honestly makes since to move Edmunds to LB instead of having a Coleman/Harris/Edmunds rotation in the backfield. He would just be wasted talent there, plus the depth at LB will be lacking when Bruce leaves.

I hope we don't get stuck in another 3 running back rotation like this season though. I feel like its very hard for a back to really develop and get going having to split their carries so much.

The two main reasons are gameplan and effort. Against WVU, JJ said they were making them shoot threes, and that ended up backfiring on us. Against GSU it was a lack of effort/poor rotation, countless times we just didn't try to get in the shooters face. I couldn't see (literally) what happened against Bradley, so I couldn't tell you. They did only shoot 2-10 in the second half so we improved there. Basically it comes down to this: if you're going to give college athletes room and rhythm, to quote Seth, they will start making them, no matter how bad the shooter.

That sounds a bit like Jarell. When we played WVU, the crowd booed him the entire game, so he must have done something during warm ups. I feel as if he should.just play the game, because he doesn't play very well when people are going after him.

He was talking a little too much. My guess is he had been warned earlier in the game about it, and did it again. A Bradley player got called for the same thing later in the game. Not a big deal.

Green scores 31. and Raines is second leading scorer with 16. He really stepped up for this one. I would really like to have seen this one because of how well he played. Green and Raines were carrying the team in the first half.
I was just as nervous listening to it on the radio as I would have been watching.

Jeff Long, the AD at Arkansas, was briefly the assistant AD at VT, before he left for his first AD job at Eastern Kentucky. I've read that they still keep in touch.
It looks like Klenakis will be let go after the bowl game as Bielema is bringing in Pittman as his OL coach. Maybe Jeff Long makes a quick phone call to Jim Weaver just to put a little plug in his ear ...
Right now on espn they have the vegas bowl with Boise st. and washington. Boise is sporting the same sort of helmet we are for our bowl game. number on one side and horse emblem on the other. I'm guessing that they will do ours with the hokie emblem.
This is the only one of the season that is not being broadcast on any platform of television. Only can be heard on radio.
It's not on anything. Guess we have to go back in time and listen to the radio! Multiple places, including VT bball Twitter, say its not televised, not even online.

I agree all the opportunities this game presents. Can you imagine not having this extra practice time and then us kicking off next season against Bama? I am pumped for one more game and I pray it is a complete dominating effort. I am excited by the incoming talent and next years prospects.
Let's close up the season on a high note and I can get started on my 2013 trailer.
