that french knows this! Personally, I'm glad I have no personal knowledge of this.
I contend that Brad Pitt is officially the stupidest person on the face of the earth. My evidence:

At times they looked unstoppable, then on the next drive they looked pedestrian. It was a really sloppy game and they couldn't sustain any momentum. The momentum changer was the pick on the 4th down attempt, had they played that conservative, I wonder if it would've gotten out of control.
Actually looked alright. They dropped a ton of passes, but other than that they moved the ball extremely well. The defense though was just a liability...
Given that Heather Dinnich wrote it, it has about as much credibility as me writing news about the shape of Angelina Jolie's vagina. (For the record, it has 4 rows of sharp, glistening teeth.)
Burned twice on deep balls?! WTF MAN? All-American, my ass.
Glennon doing what Glennons do...
4 ints!!!!
Samantha Steele > Erin Andrews
Again, the difference was in the front 7 on both sides of the ball. The Wolfpack LOOKED smaller and less talented up front, even though Tennessee was one of the worst rushing teams in college football last year and they have not had an NFL caliber DL since Dan Williams got housed by the Hokies. Nevertheless, they were physically dominant against the Pack.
This goes to what I have been talking about for a long time. Getting the in-state mid-range 4 star defensive back, wide receiver, or tailback is all well and good, but the ACC as a hole will not beat the SEC until the resources are utilized to start getting elite front 7 talent. The Hokies have made some headway, especially if they can get Hand (and fingers-crossed Brown) but they still have not been able to land that special class of offensive linemen that would be needed to beat a big time SEC team. The other schools content themselves with being competative in-conference or cheat like hell (cough Nkemdiche cough.)
By the way, in a moment of insomnia, I watched Nkemdiche on ESPNU last night, and he is a bad, bad, bad man. Also, I hope the Hokies take a flier on the Grayon nose tackle. He is undersized (220lbs) so nobody has offered him, but he was in the backfield every play last night.
Well I am off to an 0-3 start so I have some ground to make up. Thats what I get for making picks dead sober.
Auburn - I was all set to go for Klempson but then a Glennon showed up in the Georgia Dome. Actually there was a few of them and I really think that has doomed any chance of the ACC getting out of Atlanta w/ a victory. Also, the cheer babe rule is in effect and I always pick the team with the hot cheerleaders.
Alabama - Its a big number but Alabama is a big team. Denard didn't play well versus VT, I think he will fare much worse against bama. I don't expect this game to be pretty.
GiT - I rarely pick VT in big games because I am a pessimist. Sadly I don't just think GiT will cover, I think they will win. We are too young on offense. The only way to beat F-CPJ is to have sustained drives. We have too much inexperience on the line and backfield to do this. I hate playing GiT, I hate the game that seems to take 1.5 hours to play and I hate seeing CPJ scowling at the 50 yard line like it kicked his kitten. F CPJ, F Nesbitt and his no-neck and F GiT. Sadly, I think I will be saying F me on Monday night.
BCO had some season questions and I have some thoughts.
Is this the year the ACC doesn't crap the bed?
Haaaaaa, yeah, right. Buy plenty of sheets.
Will Nick Saban smile?
Is the Pope Jewish?
Can Lane Kiffin or Brian Kelly do anything remotely likeable?
Like move to Africa and never be heard from again, probably not
Can Logan Thomas not run 10 yards on a QB sneak?
Lets hope he averages 24 yards per sneak
Is FSU back?
I am ashamed you have to ask this
Will the Big XII regret the wvu invite after their first visit to morganhole?
They serve beer in their stadium so I think that will soften the blow to the Big XII fans.
Is this the year the Oregon plug n play offense falters?
Who cares, as long as they keep showing their cheerleaders.
How will ESPN Gameday fair without Erin Andrews as eye candy?
No clue, since Gameday is on at 6:00am my time, I never watch it anymore.
I am so happy football and the 6Pick is back. Sure it will mean less sleep and more booze but it also makes me happy. Tonight's picks were brought to you by Maui Brewing Co Bikini Blonde Lager. Not sure what my pilsner selection will be Monday but I have plenty of bikini blondes sitting in my fridge right now, and that is not a bad thing.

Go Hokies!
Awesome job and thanks a million. I am a huge podcast listener. Its either technology or college football for me while I am working or walking the dogs. Even last year I was listening to a Hokies podcast that was done by a couple guys that hang this site but sadly it stopped. My Friday afternoon during the season are spent taking my dog, aptly named Hokie, on a long walk around my Seattle neighborhood in order to tire him out a little. I have to do this since instead of the Saturday of going to a park or a long walk, my ass is in a bar, in a Hokies shirt,a scowl on my face, a F bomb on my lips and a pilsner in my hand. Anyway, as Hokie and I walk around our Friday walk, I listen to CFB podcasts. I save any Hokie related ones for this time. Please keep it up because you have my Friday afternoon walk so much more pleasurable. At least until we lose a game or two.
Tennessee is up 8 and Boise is up 3 so I'll flip the script and pick the other guys. I don't know if this counts since the games already started though.

Gives a pretty good bullet list of what to expect as far as who we will be lining up against. Seems like GiT will be down a few starters when they play us: Sims (B-back) Holton (Safety) Young (Corner) Jackson (WR). The article also pointed out that some of their T-FR could see some time. Have to think Monday night in Lane isn't the best way to break in a player. Good news for us.
If you want to see Bud's D against the GT O, I found this video online of all of GT's offensive snaps last year.
I would so be there if I didn't live all the way down in Orlando... And had tickets to the game...
However, there were positive reports of him during GT's camp.

It sounds like GT's new strength coach, Sisk, got him into shape this summer. I mentioned the backup nose, because I read a quote from CPJ saying the anticipate to play both. To answer your question, in previous season I think he was just a big body, but now he might be a force.
The SEC video was equivalent to running full speed into a wall of shit. And, as for the Michigan vid, I am truly at a loss for words. I think my IQ dropped within the first four chords. Terrible.
..............DONE!
No problem. He says creampuff at least five times.
Favorite quote(s): "I would rather be a redneck from Va Tech than a weenie from UVA. They're flat out tougher than you are. In a battle with them, my money is on Tech"
And "Caruthers, what are you wearing to the ball game? Caruthers, I think I'm donning the camel hair. Let me get the Pinot Noir from the cottage."
Thank you for digging that one back up. Completely forgot about it, but definitely brings a good laugh every time.
After 4 years of having to sit in the South Endzone which did have its perks and fun times, last year sitting in the North Endzone was so much better.
Oh and he really only had one interception.
The second int was a bad call on behalf of the refs. It was a mutual possession kind of thing, then the receiver and defender rolled out the back of the endzone and the defender came away with it after they were both well out of bounds. If I was officiating, it would have been an incomplete pass due to them both rolling out of bounds with the ball. At least that's what I saw.
I was there too! Bucky looked real good, he was off on some throws but thats expected. His long ball arm is already there, he's gonna have to work on the accuracy part but all the skills are there. I was gonna do a write up like last week but seemed like nobody cared so I didn't bother haha.
Mizzell's 9 receiving yards came on one play. He was a complete non factor.
Bucky & Motuapuaka 's team dominates Mizzell's team. Sign of things to come! haha
now if only you could get bourbon in the watercooler...
think we will see any DE's moved inside like last year?

That's pretty much what my thought process was... Some really unreliable information coming out of that blog.
However, if it's true, that's good news for us. More LB depth.
